@evesophiespeers I don't know if you past this already, but look at the door and go back and step on the square and shoot out the same things as on the door. It is the same thing as on the ps2 if you have the same copy. I have it as well.

@MayDayAki There were a few places further on in the game where something as straight forward as a simple jump was proving to be difficult. Maybe it was a glitch in the game, but I got frustrated. By the time I completed the game, I was so annoyed that I didn't even want to think about doing walkthroughs for those glitchy parts. A shame really, because the game was good overall.

I might have carried on with the walkthroughs later, but I started working on other projects.

only yesterday i found that pedantic glitch when climbing the column in poseidon's chamber [ sometimes she would refuse to haul up onto the top even when in the exact position ]

I wonder why (especially this level) that it's not at all scary, yet the original TR version still scares the shit out of me... must be all the whimsical music/dialogue disrupting the ambiance or something

@karrrido its probably because TR also has those eerie sound effects (replay the first part of the first level, youll see what i mean)

and also in TR you have no idea if an enemy is waiting for you eg, pierre. on this level in TR pierre appears when you least expect him to twice i think, then opens fire.

Hello. When you reach the point at 06:08, look to the ceiling right above the door and you will see another image like the one at 02:50.

Then you'll have to climb up again all the way till you reach the point at 04:00 and shoot according what you've seen in the ceiling image.

Hmm. I think she 'runs' by default with the movement control (which of course varies depending on the gaming platform you are on). You can't go any faster than that, at least not that I know of.

Lol when it got to the LAAAAAAAAAAAA -shows the VERY SCARY HEIGHTS- part I didn't feel my heart throb like "whoa o.o" the way I did when I saw it on the original about half an hour ago.

Yes it is! The original is always gonna be my favorite though just because of the fact that it's my childhood and I feel nostalgic while watching/playing it. This one is awesome too though!

for me I didnt get to play the 1st one, it was the best seller in my country and when I got my ps they have stopped distributing it here (and I bought it just to play tomb raider coz it looks cool, even though i didnt get to play it at the end :'( ) but I do love the old time tomb raider series!

You're not exactly given a choice. Do enough damage to an enemy and the head shot thing appears.

Anyway, at this point I hadn't quite mastered the head shot yet. Some of this footage is from my first playthrough. See the Coliseum for the perfected head shot ;-)

The truth is, it took me longer than 9 minutes the first time round. Probably about 30 to 40 minutes. But I do like to explore and look for those hidden items and secrets. I really don't see the point in rushing through a game that's meant for exploring. Some of the areas were truly breathtaking. It would be a shame to ignore the scenery, that's why I don't rush these tutorials (walkthough not runthrough as I've said many times before). ;-)

i found the weirdest glitch here.when you open the doors at 6:11,dont go though them.go back up with the grapple and go through the top door.when you get to the other side and down to the ground,the lions arent there,but if you go through the bottom doors and out again,they come for you!pretty weird huh?
