Is the engine shed open to public or not.And if it was open to the public i thought people whold not have been allowed in the yard while the shunting was going on.
Unfortunately, the shed is not open to the general public, except under carefully controlled conditions, due to H&S requirements.
All the people in the yard on the day of filming were trained Llangollen Railway PLC employees or LR Trust members with PTS certificates, well experienced in operations in the yard. For more info please see the Llangollen-Railway website under "Volunteering".

No Contest - 44806!
7822 is due for a heavy general at the end of this year and a return to steam will depend on finances available but may be 3 years.
5199 is away on its holidays at the moment but it should be back by then.
