when you look down, it makes it harder to hit ur head, thus making it hard to finish u off when ur oneshot.

for example if ur one shot, people are going to want to hit ur head. when u put ur head down and run for cover, it makes it harder to hit ur head, which makes it harder to kill you. its a good tactic, i use it too.
