Hm I can play this game on high np, but when i get hit, the "blur-effect" kicks in. But it looks like shit! Very "pixely"!

Im using a 4870X2 so that shouldnt be the prob

+ 4gb rab

+ 7200 RPM Harddisk

+ 2.3 ghz Dual core

And i am running it with 800x600 on minimum to make it run smoothly...

Yeah, that's a problem.

You can try playing without the MOTION BLUR option. I know that take aalot of FPS.

Do you run the game on Vista or XP?

If not that, try re-formatting your computer. seems like you may just be over loading your computer. also, 2.3ghz seems rather low, even if it is a dual core. even so, the other specs should make up for that. do you know your front bus speed?
