I've just been to look at Fafi's work and it is really good... She must be pissed with the way the animators messed up her design in the real video!

the design is fine.. its the skinning of the bones on the character rig and the lack luster attempt at putting a toon shader on the actual model they animated.

Look at how odd her elbow bends look.

BUT, being a fan of fafi... i cant say her style would convert well from 2d to 3d... proportions would be hard to model/animate and still look like lily.

@Thereisnosoundnow 1st off, that 3D comment wasnt in reference to this video, that comment was made before youtube implemented the @-reply system in the comment sections so its understandable for you to correct how wrong that sounded. 2ndly, flash doesnt necessarily have to be "vector" based ...and also, there ARE IK controls in Flash that COULD make an elbow bend look gross depending on how the character/puppet was made.
