Lilith is actually a part of Morrigans power that got seperated from her n took a succubi form known as Lilith. Morrigan was a very powerful succubi from the Aensland clan. Some evil sorcerer of some kind feard her power n to make sure she doesnt use it decided to magically seperate part of her power (which you see as Lilith). Hope that helps you. Have a nice day

Nah, she was created by the removed portion of Morrigan's power that was stored away and eventually congealed into Lilith.

No prob, neither was original anyway. Don't remember when the idea was first made, but it might have been mythology (one being split into two, either one good one evil like Piccolo and Kami, or split to divide overwhelming power like Morrigan and Lilith.)
