how is the life span and reliability of the 4 stroker compared to reg nitro... i have a gt2 and it would be awesome to show up tp the track one day running this setup
I've run all electric up to now, but this is a pretty mellow sound. I could go for that. The 4 strokes have more torque and apparently a bit less power, but this thing seems fast enough for this driver! ;-)
They are nitro (glow), and use basically the same fuel. It's actually a hybrid engine. The oil is supplied through the fuel, but is delivered and exhausted via overhead valves, instead of the crankshaft.
thats awsome, all the wistling and wirling from electrics then you hear a roaring 4 stroke. i wonder how many people went and looked for a nitro after that.
Nice sound!

The amazing thing is that you can't even hardly hear it until it gets close to the camera!

What FS motor is in that car?
johnmere781 2 years ago
It's an O.S. FS26S-C V2. O.S. discontinued it this summer. :-(
