This is what made me want to be a ballet dancer! But ive never been able to get classes so i suck.. Dance classes are just so expensive! But that was soooo amazing.. like extremelyyyy!!
You guys need to stop fighting over them just doing a lot of flips even if they do that was a fantastic dance and 0romeoromeo they dont just have 100 % technique and no style I saw plenty of style in this dance and the reason they all do so many fantastic turns and flips is because their good at them if you watch the younger dancers from DSD a lot of them dont do flips.
Anyway fabulous dance that would of taken so long to master and you did it really well good job
Hide and Seek was not horrible. Need was amazing, as was Maddie and Charlie's duet. I'm blanking on the names of all of the dances because I graduated 3 years ago and don't see all of them anymore. I just remember seeing some amazing choreography from Jill and others.
I saw the Spring Show last week and there are some incredible numbers this year. Dancing, Hiding Under Water, Belief, Breakin' Dishes, and the tap just to name a few.
ok well believe what u want but its all opinions... and dont be putting down other teachers dances, they put alot of time and hardwork into them and so do the dancers
plus CDC had other amazing dances :D like Proper Education and Arabian Adventure, which i feel personally should have gone to finals :D so even if you think 5ive didnt deserve to win, arabian adventure did better than 5ive in regular competition :)
really, i know almost every single person in that dance. i danced with the older ones for years. the majority of the line is very nice. i loved being a part of that team. you ever thought that it was someone posing as a dsder? i don't know how many times i would be at conventions or competitions and see kids, ask then what studio they were from, the reply would be dsd, and i had never seen them before in my life. believe me, it happens.
well it's working for them, i agree it all looks the same, its always a remixed song but they keep winning so i guess why the point in changing it? they have some great turns and other moves but i'm not a dancer so honestly, i really know nothing =]

I mean they got 2nd! thats an honor itself! some people like creativity, some like dances where its pretty much the same but lots of tricks. it depends. maybe 2/5 judges voted for them, byt 3/5 voted for CDC. thats the way it goes. sometimes technique wins..sometimes energy wins..etc.
personally to me no matter what age, technique hands down would be first thing i look at gerenally. :)

i love how everybody sees, what, 2-3 dances out of 400, or so a year, and automatically knows about all of the dances being excatly the same.
