Here's my tuning suggestion for Daewoo owners: drive your car off a cliff or bridge or really any high place with a big drop because having no Daewoo at all is much better than driving one.

Forget the haters. My wife & I bought one brand new black one in 99 cause they were so cheap & it's still going strong. Bought an old xj6 jaguar to restore & use the Lanos as a daily driver. It uses hardly any fuel and has good air conditioning & central locking. I'm happy!

Had a Daewoo Lanos my time belt broke 3 tines in three years, the door handles both of them broke, my dash cracked, i broke a fog light, hit that son of a gun with a tree a fence, the windows motor didn't want to go down it go stuck, my radiator broke, heating tubes broke if left me in the street 5 times AND THAT CAR DIDN'T WANT TO DIE IT JUST KEEP COMING OUT OF THE GRAVE.

You have a strange idea of what "tuning" means! It desn't mean sticking bits of a body kit on or painting a car. Why waste all that money when you could save it towards a decent car. A daewoo is just a joke with old technology, engines 25 years old etc. The cars are a waste of time, I've never seen a "tuned" one. Do google for BARRYBOYS and go on to the gallery, that's where you will find other stunning examples!
