The notion, that anyone is committing an offence, when one does not consent to a search is one the sickest, most untrue and twisted things I've heard. If any agent of any police force, ever searches or even tries to physically touch you, start recording and promise him/her to drag him from court to court facing an avalanche of civil charges for assault and battery and possibly sexual harassment.
They Police by Consent but offcoarse the sheeple masses have been programmed /indoctrinated to think the police have a right-THEY DONT. ALL STATUTES AND ACTS REQUIRE CONSENT OF GOVERNED meaning= NO CONSENT =NO CAN DO its that simple-FUCK BABYLON AND FUCK FILTH. Peace and light<3
this seems to be a biased channel, BUT that guy that was talking about the police was way to narrow minded. any large bunch of people gathering to protest will be watched, no-one wants a riot to start. regardless of whether one would or would not, theres no reason in taking the risk. its only a deterrent if you're breaking the law. that silly ginger didnt want to play games so he got shit. same as if I go into a mosque and dont respect the people in it.
i hate the police. for the way they think they can treat people. what a bunch of bully boys you r. you should be ashamed of yourself. the police r ment to help the people. but all i see here is people getting beat down and robbed. your scum .
1:05 i would bang her tits off i hate cops so much being a proper criminal myself (more than turning up at a peaceful protest lol) but she is real fit if i get arrested she can arrest me anyday ;)
Whilst I dont believe in this climate warming bullshit, and these 'green' people are deluded as to the truth (which is about TAXES!) I am against this stazi police thug state (which is in the pay of the globalist scum who have an agenda of world depopulation) these STUPID drones in fancy dress are nothing but brain dead morons - these same 'brave' drones did NOTHING whilst REAL criminals looted and burnt down buildings during the recent riots
@redwraith122 could not agree more if they fucked with me like that i would get their names and send a £500 hit on them that night i know people who would drop em for that FUCK THE POLICE DIE MOTHERFUCKERS
The police carry guns? WTF are they scared of? Pussies. You know what. I should stab a cop to death with a plastic spoon. Then they'll make plastic spoon illegal next. LOL. This is JOKES.
@jackssheduk Words cannot describe how disgusting that comment was. Moat was a murdering scumbag who escaped justice by killing himself. What a coward. I hope the next psycho scumbag to walk the streets of England decides to shoot you in the face for absolutely no reason.
@Mr420Cheese Haha, good one. Loving the sarcasm. People just don't understand that the Police aren't actually doing anything wrong here. They're doing exactly what we pay them to do and should be proud of themselves for it.
@007RoyalFlush well what they are being paid to do is wrong and oppressive and dangerous, this isnt a one off example, police all over the uk are acting out of control
@Mr420Cheese I'm not saying this doesn't happen all over the country. I know it does. What I'm saying is that it is not only perfectly acceptable but totally necessary. You have no idea what the job of the Police is, so don't criticise the manner in which they do their job.
Also, I meant "Is it OK to hit a woman with a shield who is acting in a submissive way?" But couldn't fit it all in, because as far as I can see, the woman at 13.20 has her hands in the air, walking backwards and doing absolutely nothing wrong, yet still receives a blow from that nice officer with a shield. No report in the world can tell me that's acceptable actions from police. Once again, could be why people are losing respect for the police.
@007RoyalFlush Would I be much less of a sheep if I thought the way you think I should then?
If you read what I said, you would see that I have respect for authority, and believe most of the police do a good job in a hard world, the minority give them a bad name. But pick and choose as you wish, were clearly not going to agree and I am not going to continue with someone who tries to turn to insults.
@007RoyalFlush Would I be much less of a sheep if I thought the way you think I should then?
Read again, you will see I have respect for authority and believe that the police play an important role in society. But pick and choose as much as you need. Clearly we are not going to agree, or even agree to disagree I suspect, and I am not going to continue with someone who needs to turn to insults and silly assumptions... "Beyond help..." Hehe.
It is this kind of crap that the police, do that make people, say why save that country? ! There authority cant save the people no would they. But they will save biggggg business . So who is the authority big business or the government that is in charge of public safety.
WHY dont they check all of the rich aristocrats when they have there get togethers for there safety. Why do they only have rights and you people dont .
I'm disgusted with everyone's lack of support for the police. They are there to do a job for legitimate reasons and all you do is give them shit for it. You should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves
@007RoyalFlush Yes, we should support the police. It's fine to push someone who is doing nothing illegal to the floor, baton them, give them a quick kick in the back, pick them up and send them on their way. Steal peoples' property, and harass and intimidate locals who have have nothing to do with the reason they are there. Why anyone would have a problem with this is beyond me. They have my full support.
It's a shame they are not carrying out their legitimate job with legitimate actions.
@TheSupremeAbstract Right, and where is the indication that the crap you just made up actually goes on? It is exactly because of people like you that the country is coming to it's knees. The job of the police is getting harder and harder with each interference by the EU, and each media bullshit-ridden story about 'bent coppers'. The police are far more restrained, subtle and upstanding than they were 20 years ago and nearly everyone had respect for the police back then. What's changed? The media
@007RoyalFlush The crap I go on about is in the video at 13.35 and similar scenes in others. I have nothing against police who do their jobs. They are a vital part of society and I believe we would be in trouble without. However, there is a line between policing and bullying. Just because they are more restrained than they were 20 years ago makes no difference. A junkie shooting up less than they did 20 years ago doesn't make them any less a junkie, get what I mean?
@007RoyalFlush And yeah, media clearly does put a spin on things; but I still see a man on the floor being hit with a baton, kicked, draged to his feet and thrown away; and this isn't the first video to document such behaviour of some officers. If this weren't going on, then there wouldn't be a need to report it. Its not the medias fault they keep getting caught. It shouldn't be happening in the first place. The minority are giving a bad name to the majority. Is it OK to hit women with a shield?
@TheSupremeAbstract Unless you have read the documentation justifying the use of such force you claim to have seen, then you are in no position to comment on whether it was or was not lawful. You are making the same mistake as most people by asking questions such as 'Is it OK to hit women with a shield?' There is no yes or no answer to such a question. The answer is, if circumstance calls for such a response, then yes it is OK.
@007RoyalFlush Ok so if the police were in a justified position to use violence on the man, and he was in fact doing something wrong why wasn't he arrested? Their job is to protect people, not beat them with sticks and then let lose again. Can we only question police action after reading their version of what happened, not when we see with our own eyes. Of course their going to justify their force, but the police have been known to tell fibs in the past. Which is why people are losing respect.
@TheSupremeAbstract Yes you are correct, you can only question police after reading their version of what happened. There is a reason they do what they do. If they arrested every single person they had to use force on then the cells would be overflowing with scumbags. It's just not practical, however it's still necessary to get physical with them
2:40 - PRICK you have NO RIGHT to do this. You have to have reasonable grounds, the ends do NOT justify the means in this case. I hope you get cancer.
I saw today in the news the court case against the six charged was dropped, since an undercover police officer involved offered to give evidence in defence of the six accused, truly the police are becoming a liability
POLICE confiscate any thing that could be used as a weapon from every one entering the site then threaten poeple on the site with battons and riot sheilds, putting the boot in to poeple already on the floor, next they'll be whining about lack of respect and co-operation from the public is stopping them from catching criminals and asking for (and getting) more powers, what a bunch of cunts. i hope they catch cancer.
this is disgusting clearly not following the rules yet nothing will happen coz they feel they are the law when its clear they are not the police are only ment to use the baton as a last measure and never to hit round the head what this shows is the scum some police are and then they wonder why people take the law into there own hand
I like to conceder myself as a peaceful man, but I think that this would push my boundaries. 1400 police is not crowd control, it's a small army. Thinking like this is the reason why America was founded, if the government would just treat their citizens with some dignity maybe the Brits could be sipping Mojitos on the Jersey Shore. I don't have any bad blood against the Brits, just seems like history is about to repeat itself. At least until the Queen gets off her bum and does something about it

5:05 to 5:55 sums it up. You have every right to protest and for your voice to be heard. They can't stop you. It's your right. So what can they do? Create as much hassle and anger to discourage you from doing this in first place. Take the higher ground. Be friendly, polite never get angry, always question and come back the following year with more friends!
What you don't mention is this is a camp set up to try and invade and shut down a power station - so the police have removed any tools and potential weapons from them. I'm glad they did this, there is no reason why we should have power cuts and disruption caused by activits. I wholly accept that by far the majority of people at the camp were peaceful and would not have done any criminal acts but once again the extremeists have ruined it for everyone. WELL DONE TO THE COPS.
The only reason the police had the lawful right to take your propertie is because you consented and gave them it...If you didnt consent hey would be stealing which is against the law....Remember we are all equal before the law learn the difference between legal and lawful...Become a freeman on the land....
@TomTomDonk & it will get worse if these people keep promoting this AGW non event, puppets for the new world order to promote the human races slavery, its just that they dont realise it which is sad.
Then I asked to be refunded for what had effectively been robbed from me, and was told that they still didn't have to do it even though I had proven my innocence. Well, I just went and rebought the wine and went home to have a lovely albeit cold dinner. We are expected to trust these people to protect us, but they haven't got a clue, and while I'm sure there must have been a far more serious crime going on somewhere than somebody buying wine for dinner, they though it important to harrass me.
I asked if they were going to refund the difference as I had a receipt stating the exact amount that I had paid for the drinks to which I got the reply that they didn't have to and that I should feel lucky that I was just recieving a warning. Well, I was infuriated, I took their badge numbers and immediately walked to the police station when they had finished harrasing me, where I was put on a breathalzier at my own request, which suprise fucking suprise, showed that I was indeed sober. Cont.
This is bad, but I've got one to add to the mix, last year I had gone to get a couple of bottles of wine to drink over dinner with the missus. On the way home I was approached by 3 policemen and was first accused of being drunk which I flat out denied, as I was stone cold sober, I asked them to breath test me which they refused. They then took the wine from me forcably, and proceeded to pour what was about a third of my days wages down the drain. Cont.
You all really need to protest the actions they took. This was obviously a test run on a new tactic to use. If you let them get away with this, this will become standard practice. You know the saying, if you give them an inch, they will take a yard.
FYI: if your all wondering why they wanted to search and confiscate ANYTHING that could be used as a weapon to include walking sticks, or heavy objects that could be thrown like padlocks, is because they already had a preplanned agenda to eventually use for to intimidate and harrass the protesters. They wanted to disarm everyone of anything to make sure everyone has that defenseless feeling. The cop that said they received 'intel' of violence was from the undercover cops mixed in with the crowd.
@pete5668 Its not a hoax, its just that mankinds effects on the climate change is extremely over exagerated, this began after scientists and investors realized all the money they could make if they pushed the 'going green agenda'. You see the more drastic the changes towards the 'green technology' the more immediate profits that can be made. However there is a down side to their agenda, because all this time is being wasted on this BS agenda in debates, our pollution rates are being ignored
I think that an investigation of this behaviour was carried-out quite recently. The cops were found at fault and suitably reprimanded.
Notice that some of these cops are not local ones, but our old friends, the London Metropolitan police, who we know kill people with their death squads;knock people to the ground causing heart attacks and slap five feet tall women around the face. Of course they get away with it every time.
What a bunch of brainwashed robots the police have become. To put it mildly, it's insane!
Left-brain prisoners violently attacking peaceful people who have done absolutely nothing wrong.
What are these slaves of the law being told in police school? That all people are evil? That there are terrorists everywhere? That movement of people's eyes or arms, legs, or a breeze in their hair might be a sign of potential danger and a call for beating them up?
one last thought here....My uncle and my step brother are both cops i say this in hopes that some of those nasty cops see this and this hits where it hurts...
You are a discrace to the badge you have not earned the right to be called an officer of the law! you force a search on a female that clearly stated she refuses to be searched and u violantly harm her i say again you wannabe cops are a discrace to the badge. sad how u can give a so called man a badge and he thinks he's god.
well said because thats exactly what i see here just proof that big bussiness
own the police. i hope those cops are haunted by what they did and i hope it eats at their sould till it drives them insane. shame on you cops i hope your mothers are ashamed of you also. you dirty cops deserve no respect because u don't have any to give others.
Criminals in uniform, this country is being run by an oppressive regime that ignores the law and human rights. Makes me wonder why we have laws at all. And they say the Taliban is an evil regime.
@dashwood123 Without police, the country would be in tatters. They do their jobs extremely well on a daily basis with little or no recognition for the effort they put in. The police abide by and uphold the law. Show me one single example of a police officer who has ignored human rights or the law and has not be subsequently prosecuted for it? There are none.
@007RoyalFlush I can give you plenty of examples where police avoid prosecution for breaking the law. At the G20 summit Ian Tomlinson who was on his way home from work was attacked from behind by a police office and murdered. No action was taken against the so called officer of the law who did this.
@dashwood123 One example is not plenty, neither does it actually count as an example when the coroner's report proved that the action taken by the officer had nothing whatsoever to do with Tomlinson's death. Officers in public disorder situations like the one to which you are referring, are authorised to use force. In short, that officer did nothing wrong.
@007RoyalFlush You asked for one example and I gave it. You can only type so many words on here, do you want more examples? like the murder of Cynthia Jarrett in her own home for example, or Dorothy Groce shot in the back by police as she lay in bed during a police raid on her home. No officers were sacked or served time for those crimes.
@dashwood123 Interesting how the only examples you can come up with are from over 25 years ago. Jarrett died as a result of the panic caused by a lawful house search i.e. natural causes. As for Groce, the officer was prosecuted. He was later found not guilty by a jury. Learn your facts before your next literary excretion.
@007RoyalFlush I gave recent and historical examples to prove nothing ever changes where police lawlessness is concerned, here is a more recent eg if you prefer, Habib Ullah was strangled to death by police in High Wycombe in 2008, apart from the usual whitewash no action was taken against the officers involved.
@dashwood123 You say that as if the officers should have been prosecuted. Again, if you'd have done your research rather than just reading off names of people who have died while in contact with the police you would know that he died as a result of his own stupidity. You gave historical examples because they were the first ones you came across on google, no doubt. Come back when you know what you're talking about
@007RoyalFlush Actually the first eg I gave was that of Ian Tomlinson. You can make all the excuses you want, the facts speak for themselves and are a matter of public record for all to see. If a member of the public struck or held someone by the throat and they died during or shortly after being assaulted as in the examples I gave, at the very least an ordinary member of the public would face charges of manslaughter.
@dashwood123 Yes, the facts quite clearly do speak for themselves, and they say that no police officers was to blame for any of the deaths you have quoted. Of course a member of the public would be jailed for strangling someone, it is quite clearly not the same thing as a police officer doing it to prevent someone from swallowing drugs.
@007RoyalFlush And there you have it, by your own argument you have admitted that the police are allowed to murder people. If a police officer restrained you by the throat or hit you with a baton for no good reason and you died, no action will be taken against the police. All they have to say is you were resisting arrest and they are in the clear.
@dashwood123 Well no it's not by my own argument, you are unable to grasp the difference between killing someone and murdering someone. When you learn the difference then please continue this argument. You have added "for no good reason" which is not what I was saying at all. All of the examples you have given have included very good reasons for the use of force, which is why the police officers were not, and should never have been prosecuted.
@007RoyalFlush All the eg's I have given prove the police can and do get away with killing people. In the line of duty or not, there is no excuse for that. If you can't arrest someone without killing them, then you should not be in the police force. If you expect people to believe in law and order, officers who kill should at the very least face the sack. As things stand we have always had to make do with a corrupt police service, just hope one of the fckers doesn't kill you for no reason
@dashwood123 Of course they can kill people, to say that the police are never allowed to kill people nunder any circumstances is complete madness. Officers are required to kill in certain circumstances. I'll say it again, if you knew the law which you quite clearly don't, you would understand the collosal difference between killing someone, and murdering someone.
@007RoyalFlush Obviously you are one of these nuts that likes to split hairs. The police are only supposed to use lethal force if there is a danger to life, for eg a gunman on the loose, then you won't see the fckers for dust as in the case of Derek Bird, the police will say they could not stop him. Can you see the irony here? The police can kill unarmed and defenceless people which totally wrong, and they do nothing when we expect them to act.
@dashwood123 No I can't see the irony at all. In all of the examples you have given, there has been a justifiable reason for the use of lethal force. You are making no point whatsoever
@007RoyalFlush Clearly you have no grasp on reality, what you deem justifiable, right minded people find abhorrent. It is not acceptable for the police to kill innocent people just because they can get away with murder.
@dashwood123 You are completely ignoring the points I am making. You are somehow coming to the conclusion that because a police officer has killed someone, that person must be innocent, and must have been murdered rather than lawfully killed. Once you understand the definition of both murder, and lawful killing, then your opinion may have some weight behind it, until then, it remains weightless.
@007RoyalFlush I am not ignoring any relevant points, there is only one point to this argument which you keep trying to avoid. Unarmed innocent people are being killed by police and nothing is ever done about it. That is a fact which is not going to change no matter how many foolish excuses you make.
@dashwood123 There is nothing done about it, because nothing SHOULD be done about it, you seem to not be able to understand this. The police have successfully justified why they have used lethal force, that is all that is required. The fact that some people were unarmed is completely irrelevant if the force used was justified.
@007RoyalFlush That is where you are wrong, something should be done about it, but nothing will be done about it because corruption pervades at all levels of the police, and the government turns a blind eye to it.
I guarantee it would not happen nearly so often if at all, if the police were held to account. At the end of the day it is not rocket science to arrest an unarmed man or woman without killing them in the process.
@dashwood123 The police and the government are completely open about what happened on each occasion, and have explained why the officers involved did not commit any offences. Police are held to account, more often than you realise. I guarantee you will not be able to name one single person who was killed by police who didn't pose an immediate threat to life, or died as a result of uncontrollable circumstances. Come back when you know what you are talking about
@007RoyalFlush Quote/ "I guarantee you will not be able to name one single person who was killed by police who didn't pose an immediate threat to life"/Unquote.
Ian Tomlinson, walking home from work with both hands in his pockets, and with his back to police was attacked from behind and killed. Or Habib Ullah, strangled by police. Neither one posed any threat to life. Let me know if you want some more examples.
@dashwood123 Tomlinson was proven not to have been killed by Police. Ullah was attempting to swallow drugs, he'd have died swallowing all that crap anyway which is quite clearly his own fault. The Police would have been slated for not stopping him from swallowing them so it doesn't really matter. He died as a result of lawfully justified force used by Police, which makes it a lawful killing. Let me know if you ever manage to come up with a genuine example.
@007RoyalFlush Rubbish, there is an inquest being held on the Ian Tomlinson case today 29/03/2011. Amongst the unlawful killing issue, so called professionals working on behalf of the police are being investigated for misconduct. The question that remains now, is this latest inquest above board.
It is very hard to refute video evidence isn't it, I still think they will find some excuse to exonerate the police.
@007RoyalFlush The judge has already instructed the jury that no organisation, ie the police is to be held to account for what happened to Ian Tomlinson, so its another whitewash at the tax payers expense. Meanwhile the police can get on with killing unarmed and defenceless members of the public, safe in the knowledge that they will never be held to account.
@dashwood123 Good. I'm glad the Judge said that. The more protesters killed by Police the better. I am so happy to live in a country where Police can get on with their jobs without being scrutinised for it by idiots like you.
@007RoyalFlush Well done, you have just defeated your own argument against my original statement "criminals in uniform". Still it is nice to get confirmation from the horses mouth so to speak. :)
Using your baton against an unarmed person while wielding a riot shield and wearing body armor means you don't belong in law enforcement. It's a sign of lack of control and composure in heated situations that simply won't do in that line of work.
This is disgusting. Using force just to search people not only that but they are using unlawful force cause they can't turn around and say that they're wrong. You can tell who pays their paychecks just by who's side they took. It's wrong and sad that police can't stand up for the people they are paid by to protect.
I Find this totally discusting. Each one of these constables have sworn an oath to uphold the common law. Where are the citizens right to congress and protest. The Police are looking very bad in this. This was all started due to illegal police searches. They caused all this.
The Police FORCE made up reasons. Think they are so clever, but its just part of pressure to Harass and bully people with intelligence who protecitng peoples health from pollution.
remember cops do what they told even if they dont like it ,and thats public service try voteiand make real change and then the cops will be on your side ? and the ritch wont always win AGAINST THE LAZY POOR WHO DONT VOTE AND HAVE NO POLITICAL VOICE !!!!!!
all the police OFFICERS need to learn the law. and start been police man and women instead of corporate employees. nearly every on of them could have been done for ABH.
BUT THE PROTESTERS are bigger people not to retaliate as they lawfully could have done to use sufficient force to defend there selfs
watch the film V for vendetta, 1984, the sick sad world to come.
all besides the point that global warming is all scare mongering and proper-gander.
fuck the cops and govemetns we need all peoples to stand agens them we are meny and they are few we need to wake up the world to stand agenst those global tyrannes and give the power back to the peoples
LOL britis fucks are fuck in ass come on peo+0ple but the cops arrets the goverment people they are the real killers of millions for fuck sake come on wake up peoples!
Christ - I've been out of the uk for a few years. Is this how bad it's got? Thatcher used the police for political reasons during the miner's strike, but New Labour have gone way beyond that. Just who the fuck exactly do these fuck-witted police think they are protecting?
I know everyone here hates Police and the selected clips help support anti-Police stances. But generally, these people love it as much as the Police. As soon as Police let them get on with it, they just get bored and go somewhere else to protest.
Police do not comply with any 'laws'. They appear to for obvious reasons. They actually receive orders directly from 'others' from above them - onwards up the command structure. The command order of the Police is VERY strange and questionable to say the least. Masonic, NWO? You are in fact part of a real living nighmare, yet only a very few get to experience and truly know this. The actual truth, is indeed more diabolical than any fiction.
Compare the policing here with the policing at the annual BNPs Red White and Blue festival where the police keep a low profile and do not conduct any random stop and searches.
you DO NOT have to give police your Details and they will say under this ACT or that ACT but that's all it is a ACT you do NOT have to Consent to it,It is only given the froce of Law by the consent of the govern that is you and I,Go to John harris at tpuc the only true Law of the Land is Common Law..Harm or Loss
The trouble is, if a person stands up for their legal rights, the police will make things up and the magistrates will go along with it. It simply needs a police officer to say 'he / she assaulted me' and.that's it, assaualt or no assault, the person is found guilty. And, average low intelligence Mr / Mrs. Plod knows it.
A good friend of mine (who has worked hard her whole life and is by no means a 'freeloader') got chased by violent police at the climate camp late year. It scares me that vulnerable people, a child or pregnant woman for example, might get seriously hurt at what should be an important peaceful protest :(
I'm 100% behind the protesters right to peacefully assemble and protest.
The Police behaved like thugs.
But it is a shame the protesters haven't switched on to the Global warming/Carbon credit scam. Pollution is the real issue - Climate change is Al Gore's retirement fund and a bait and switch to distract caring people away from more important issue's....GMO's/Codex Alimentarius/Big Pharma/Baillouts
When I grow up I want to be a policy enforcement officer, so I can defend the policies of the government whilst they are busy having a holiday on one of Rockerfellers yachts.....
Although ostensibly these people have come together to protest about "the Establishment" not doing enough for the environment, this gathering has also a lot to do with the feeling of kinship and community that is engendered when like minded people of the same ethnicity get together.
In other words, this is a case of WHITE PEOPLE sharing in and celebrating WHITE PEOPLE'S interests. This hippy gathering is as "all white" as a meeting of the BNP.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
fuck the greasy freeloading hippy bastards. they want all their freedom rights and shit, let the police search and confiscate everything. if these hippy wankers had no previous record of causing trouble(which) they do, then this wouldnt have to be the case. police 1- hippy scum 0
You forget how we obtained the rights we have today... through hundreds of years of protest. I dont agree with the climate campers personally, but dont be so quick to judge
Looking at this, I feel that both sides are at fault...There is alot of question's being asked, yet when a officer try's to reply they would simply ask it again, and again. On the other hand, when the officer's started to get agressive...I look at it like this.... Theres alot more of us then you Cops...You REALLY want to go that way?? xD Just a thought, but then again I was not there so...what do I know.
no names and no reasons given. They don't ask or even wonder why they are cracking heads, they just thank the lord that they are being paid a good wage to do so.
There are no words that can adequetly describe what happens in this video.....I grew up beliving that this was a free country....evedently it no longer is espiecaly at 12:40-12:50 protesters were openly attacked without cause protesters with hands in the air are of no threat to any one!! and the excuses are the most shocking of all it reminds me of what was happening in germany before the rise of the Nazis, if your a freethinking person this should shock you till your sick i know it did me
when the police dont need to use force they use force when they need to use force they dont use force

@Mr420Cheese Haha, good one. Loving the sarcasm. People just don't understand that the Police aren't actually doing anything wrong here. They're doing exactly what we pay them to do and should be proud of themselves for it.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush well what they are being paid to do is wrong and oppressive and dangerous, this isnt a one off example, police all over the uk are acting out of control
Mr420Cheese 10 months ago
@Mr420Cheese I'm not saying this doesn't happen all over the country. I know it does. What I'm saying is that it is not only perfectly acceptable but totally necessary. You have no idea what the job of the Police is, so don't criticise the manner in which they do their job.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
Also, I meant "Is it OK to hit a woman with a shield who is acting in a submissive way?" But couldn't fit it all in, because as far as I can see, the woman at 13.20 has her hands in the air, walking backwards and doing absolutely nothing wrong, yet still receives a blow from that nice officer with a shield. No report in the world can tell me that's acceptable actions from police. Once again, could be why people are losing respect for the police.

TheSupremeAbstract 11 months ago
@TheSupremeAbstract Right, and where is the indication that the crap you just made up actually goes on? It is exactly because of people like you that the country is coming to it's knees. The job of the police is getting harder and harder with each interference by the EU, and each media bullshit-ridden story about 'bent coppers'. The police are far more restrained, subtle and upstanding than they were 20 years ago and nearly everyone had respect for the police back then. What's changed? The media
007RoyalFlush 11 months ago
@007RoyalFlush The crap I go on about is in the video at 13.35 and similar scenes in others. I have nothing against police who do their jobs. They are a vital part of society and I believe we would be in trouble without. However, there is a line between policing and bullying. Just because they are more restrained than they were 20 years ago makes no difference. A junkie shooting up less than they did 20 years ago doesn't make them any less a junkie, get what I mean?
TheSupremeAbstract 11 months ago
@007RoyalFlush And yeah, media clearly does put a spin on things; but I still see a man on the floor being hit with a baton, kicked, draged to his feet and thrown away; and this isn't the first video to document such behaviour of some officers. If this weren't going on, then there wouldn't be a need to report it. Its not the medias fault they keep getting caught. It shouldn't be happening in the first place. The minority are giving a bad name to the majority. Is it OK to hit women with a shield?
TheSupremeAbstract 11 months ago
@TheSupremeAbstract Unless you have read the documentation justifying the use of such force you claim to have seen, then you are in no position to comment on whether it was or was not lawful. You are making the same mistake as most people by asking questions such as 'Is it OK to hit women with a shield?' There is no yes or no answer to such a question. The answer is, if circumstance calls for such a response, then yes it is OK.
007RoyalFlush 11 months ago
@007RoyalFlush Ok so if the police were in a justified position to use violence on the man, and he was in fact doing something wrong why wasn't he arrested? Their job is to protect people, not beat them with sticks and then let lose again. Can we only question police action after reading their version of what happened, not when we see with our own eyes. Of course their going to justify their force, but the police have been known to tell fibs in the past. Which is why people are losing respect.
TheSupremeAbstract 11 months ago
@TheSupremeAbstract Yes you are correct, you can only question police after reading their version of what happened. There is a reason they do what they do. If they arrested every single person they had to use force on then the cells would be overflowing with scumbags. It's just not practical, however it's still necessary to get physical with them

This is bad, but I've got one to add to the mix, last year I had gone to get a couple of bottles of wine to drink over dinner with the missus. shadowwbn 1 year ago

Criminals in uniform, this country is being run by an oppressive regime that ignores the law and human rights. Makes me wonder why we have laws at all. And they say the Taliban is an evil regime.
dashwood123 1 year ago 7
@dashwood123 Without police, the country would be in tatters. They do their jobs extremely well on a daily basis with little or no recognition for the effort they put in. The police abide by and uphold the law. Show me one single example of a police officer who has ignored human rights or the law and has not be subsequently prosecuted for it? There are none.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush I can give you plenty of examples where police avoid prosecution for breaking the law. At the G20 summit Ian Tomlinson who was on his way home from work was attacked from behind by a police office and murdered. No action was taken against the so called officer of the law who did this.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 One example is not plenty, neither does it actually count as an example when the coroner's report proved that the action taken by the officer had nothing whatsoever to do with Tomlinson's death. Officers in public disorder situations like the one to which you are referring, are authorised to use force. In short, that officer did nothing wrong.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush You asked for one example and I gave it. You can only type so many words on here, do you want more examples? like the murder of Cynthia Jarrett in her own home for example, or Dorothy Groce shot in the back by police as she lay in bed during a police raid on her home. No officers were sacked or served time for those crimes.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 Interesting how the only examples you can come up with are from over 25 years ago. Jarrett died as a result of the panic caused by a lawful house search i.e. natural causes. As for Groce, the officer was prosecuted. He was later found not guilty by a jury. Learn your facts before your next literary excretion.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush I gave recent and historical examples to prove nothing ever changes where police lawlessness is concerned, here is a more recent eg if you prefer, Habib Ullah was strangled to death by police in High Wycombe in 2008, apart from the usual whitewash no action was taken against the officers involved.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 You say that as if the officers should have been prosecuted. Again, if you'd have done your research rather than just reading off names of people who have died while in contact with the police you would know that he died as a result of his own stupidity. You gave historical examples because they were the first ones you came across on google, no doubt. Come back when you know what you're talking about
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush Actually the first eg I gave was that of Ian Tomlinson. You can make all the excuses you want, the facts speak for themselves and are a matter of public record for all to see. If a member of the public struck or held someone by the throat and they died during or shortly after being assaulted as in the examples I gave, at the very least an ordinary member of the public would face charges of manslaughter.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 Yes, the facts quite clearly do speak for themselves, and they say that no police officers was to blame for any of the deaths you have quoted. Of course a member of the public would be jailed for strangling someone, it is quite clearly not the same thing as a police officer doing it to prevent someone from swallowing drugs.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush And there you have it, by your own argument you have admitted that the police are allowed to murder people. If a police officer restrained you by the throat or hit you with a baton for no good reason and you died, no action will be taken against the police. All they have to say is you were resisting arrest and they are in the clear.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 Well no it's not by my own argument, you are unable to grasp the difference between killing someone and murdering someone. When you learn the difference then please continue this argument. You have added "for no good reason" which is not what I was saying at all. All of the examples you have given have included very good reasons for the use of force, which is why the police officers were not, and should never have been prosecuted.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush All the eg's I have given prove the police can and do get away with killing people. In the line of duty or not, there is no excuse for that. If you can't arrest someone without killing them, then you should not be in the police force. If you expect people to believe in law and order, officers who kill should at the very least face the sack. As things stand we have always had to make do with a corrupt police service, just hope one of the fckers doesn't kill you for no reason
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 Of course they can kill people, to say that the police are never allowed to kill people nunder any circumstances is complete madness. Officers are required to kill in certain circumstances. I'll say it again, if you knew the law which you quite clearly don't, you would understand the collosal difference between killing someone, and murdering someone.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush Obviously you are one of these nuts that likes to split hairs. The police are only supposed to use lethal force if there is a danger to life, for eg a gunman on the loose, then you won't see the fckers for dust as in the case of Derek Bird, the police will say they could not stop him. Can you see the irony here? The police can kill unarmed and defenceless people which totally wrong, and they do nothing when we expect them to act.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 No I can't see the irony at all. In all of the examples you have given, there has been a justifiable reason for the use of lethal force. You are making no point whatsoever
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush Clearly you have no grasp on reality, what you deem justifiable, right minded people find abhorrent. It is not acceptable for the police to kill innocent people just because they can get away with murder.
If you can't understand that then you need help.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 You are completely ignoring the points I am making. You are somehow coming to the conclusion that because a police officer has killed someone, that person must be innocent, and must have been murdered rather than lawfully killed. Once you understand the definition of both murder, and lawful killing, then your opinion may have some weight behind it, until then, it remains weightless.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush I am not ignoring any relevant points, there is only one point to this argument which you keep trying to avoid. Unarmed innocent people are being killed by police and nothing is ever done about it. That is a fact which is not going to change no matter how many foolish excuses you make.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 There is nothing done about it, because nothing SHOULD be done about it, you seem to not be able to understand this. The police have successfully justified why they have used lethal force, that is all that is required. The fact that some people were unarmed is completely irrelevant if the force used was justified.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush That is where you are wrong, something should be done about it, but nothing will be done about it because corruption pervades at all levels of the police, and the government turns a blind eye to it.
I guarantee it would not happen nearly so often if at all, if the police were held to account. At the end of the day it is not rocket science to arrest an unarmed man or woman without killing them in the process.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 The police and the government are completely open about what happened on each occasion, and have explained why the officers involved did not commit any offences. Police are held to account, more often than you realise. I guarantee you will not be able to name one single person who was killed by police who didn't pose an immediate threat to life, or died as a result of uncontrollable circumstances. Come back when you know what you are talking about
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush Quote/ "I guarantee you will not be able to name one single person who was killed by police who didn't pose an immediate threat to life"/Unquote.
Ian Tomlinson, walking home from work with both hands in his pockets, and with his back to police was attacked from behind and killed. Or Habib Ullah, strangled by police. Neither one posed any threat to life. Let me know if you want some more examples.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 Tomlinson was proven not to have been killed by Police. Ullah was attempting to swallow drugs, he'd have died swallowing all that crap anyway which is quite clearly his own fault. The Police would have been slated for not stopping him from swallowing them so it doesn't really matter. He died as a result of lawfully justified force used by Police, which makes it a lawful killing. Let me know if you ever manage to come up with a genuine example.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush Rubbish, there is an inquest being held on the Ian Tomlinson case today 29/03/2011. Amongst the unlawful killing issue, so called professionals working on behalf of the police are being investigated for misconduct. The question that remains now, is this latest inquest above board.
It is very hard to refute video evidence isn't it, I still think they will find some excuse to exonerate the police.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 Well I certainly hope they do
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
@007RoyalFlush The judge has already instructed the jury that no organisation, ie the police is to be held to account for what happened to Ian Tomlinson, so its another whitewash at the tax payers expense. Meanwhile the police can get on with killing unarmed and defenceless members of the public, safe in the knowledge that they will never be held to account.
dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 Good. I'm glad the Judge said that. The more protesters killed by Police the better. I am so happy to live in a country where Police can get on with their jobs without being scrutinised for it by idiots like you.

dashwood123 10 months ago
@dashwood123 Who said that Police killing protesters was a crime? Certainly not her majesty's judiciary.
007RoyalFlush 10 months ago
Using your baton against an unarmed person while wielding a riot shield and wearing body armor means you don't belong in law enforcement. It's a sign of lack of control and composure in heated situations that simply won't do in that line of work.

This is disgusting. Using force just to search people not only that but they are using unlawful force cause they can't turn around and say that they're wrong. all the police OFFICERS need to learn the law. and start been police man and women instead of corporate employees. nearly every on of them could have been done for ABH.
BUT THE PROTESTERS are bigger people not to retaliate as they lawfully could have done to use sufficient force to defend there selfs

InternetUser1999 2 years ago 2
you DO NOT have to give police your Details and they will say under this ACT or that ACT but that's all it is a ACT you do NOT have to Consent to it,It is only given the froce of Law by the consent of the govern that is you and I,Go to John harris at tpuc the only true Law of the Land is Common Law..Harm or Loss

It scares me that vulnerable people, a child or pregnant woman for example, might get seriously hurt at what should be an important peaceful protest :(
thepearlearring 2 years ago
I'm 100% behind the protesters right to peacefully assemble and protest.
The Police behaved like thugs.
But it is a shame the protesters haven't switched on to the Global warming/Carbon credit scam. Pollution is the real issue - Climate change is Al Gore's retirement fund and a bait and switch to distract caring people away from more important issue's....GMO's/Codex Alimentarius/Big Pharma/Baillouts

Of course none of them have any children.

Blimey a lot of police comenting on here. Why dont the police stop wasting taxpayers time and money and start tackling the violent criminals.

fuck the greasy freeloading hippy bastards. they want all their freedom rights and shit, let the police search and confiscate everything. if these hippy wankers had no previous record of causing trouble(which) they do, then this wouldnt have to be the case. police 1- hippy scum 0
