  • You are so correct about keeping the guard even when you punch. Even when the punch is fully extended it can also be still blocking. I made robot arms that punch at random and they punch fast. I always try to punch in such a way that my arm is blocking their hand or arm too. So even if their fist on that side punches, it can't clear my arm. By the time they try to move around it, my punch has retracted back to guard. Love the way you teach. Thanks.

  • @rbt4rbt you are welcome

  • Peace!Farius good job using the tape this is also called focus training this can be used on a heavy bag using tape as well.

  • @120light2 toys r us

  • I like the way you explained this Danny. I can see how hitting those pivot points wrong, especially at the head or shoulder, might inadvertently lead someone to a safe position, or one where they can counter attack from, especially in the case of jujitsu: hitting him wrong would help him tai sabaki into better positioning.

  • true you have to watch out fo the locks and throws. pop the corners and stick the middle. check his hips

    peace

  • 5 stars for the video and kudos to you.

just a question regarding pull ups and push up workouts. we know that these are the two most muscle building exercises,i just wanted to know whether we take rest after a daily body weight workout (like they do in body building, giving every muscle a 48 hours rest)or we can work the same muscle the next day? thanks

  • thank you, and you should rest always, the key is that pull ups and push ups are natural body weight, thus can be done every day. but if you reach failure rest a day then build up to your failure point again this time add one more rep, set

    peace
