Sure, Erik Morales counterpunched Manny Pacquiao like Juan Manuel Marquez did.
Difference is, once Morales landed a counter when MP came forward, he pushed the fight forward forcing Pacquiao to backpeddle all over the ring and then smother him along the ropes and followed up with more blows.

Many boxing fans are good for the sport just for paying to watch, not decide!

Sure, Erik Morales counterpunched Manny Pacquiao like Juan Manuel Marquez did.
Difference is, once Morales landed a counter when MP came forward, he pushed the fight forward forcing Pacquiao to backpeddle all over the ring and then smother him along the ropes and followed up with more blows.
Had Marquez did the same thing Morales did, Dinamita has a much better argument, but he didn't.

Morales did outbox Pacquiao, but also mixed up his game by also being the aggressor and landing more blows while chasing him all over the ring and along the ropes.
In order to get the benefit of the doubt, you need to lead and counter against an-all attacking puncher like Pacquiao. Morales did that, Marquez didn't.

I agree!! Take the Pacquiao-Margarito match. Compubox and Ledermann scored a landslide in Manny's favor. But, the judges scored the fight as follow: 120-108, 118-110. & 119-109. The average would be 119-109. This means Margarito was given a "courtesy" round for his aggressiveness all through out the match, although Manny won each round with more accurate, clear. powerful punches and unusually high connect percentage. Many boxing fans are good for the sport just for paying to watch, not decide!

Check out the mistake by the judge who scored the first round 10-7 in stead of 10-6 for 3 KD's, Clearly, Manny was robbed a point, which is too important in a close fight. Watching the fight in arena especially if you're far tells a different story, even in the normal videos of the fight. It's really deceiving... @ARKANGELG1 Of course pac will not be there on may 5th. He will continue to hide behind Bob Arum and probably fight Marquez again or Bradley
Arum has been keeping pac from floyd for 2 years now and will continue to do so.
I think Floyd will fight Martinez or kahn in May.
