I met David online back in the distant past - and he knows I have this song as a backing track. ;-) Recently I did a gig for UNICEF on behalf of The House of DD site and performed this very ditty among others. I also sold copies of my CD demo and managed to raise over £200 for the charity and fun was had by all. Now I'm going to NY to see David in a play and I'm taking a copy of my gig on DVD for him. @XFILESfanchannel Happy New Year! It was pure chance that he happened to be on the same website I was in 2004/2005. New York was wonderful, and my husband and myself had a romantic ride in Central Park in a horse and carriage! The play was fantastic and yes, I met Dave afterwards and he now has my DVD of that UNICEF gig! I also finally got to thank him for encouraging me to keep writing (he read one of my XF fics online!) I showed him the XF bodywarmer I won for the fic and he hugged me! :-)
