  • This is a High School musical!? I think u guys did a wonderful job! A few mess up's, but really great otherwise!! :D

  • @kagomenarue

Thanks! We were really lucky to have some great teachers (and good funding...)

  • @tyacoe It certainly shows!! :)

  • Good, especially the singing.

  • Overall this was an ok opening. The set was decent for a hs and the signing was decent, but the choreography and staging were horrendous!! This has to be one of the highest energy opening songs in musical theatre and most of the people just stood around. There needs to be constant movement and it should build to the climax of the song, getting more exciting all the time. I practically fell asleep watching this.

  • word.

  • i agree. like 80% of the people on stage are way far up stage.

  • theres no business like ho business no business i ho!

  • i just think they could've done better for the knife throwing team of Keeler and Tate on the uh, oh no, ahhhhh, ahhhhhh...... AAAAAAAHHHHHHH! becuz they sounded so calm like nothing was happening but besides that it was amazing

  • my tap dance iz 2 dis song

  • Lovely sets and wonderful production.

Singing is all around quite good, a nice full ensemble. The lead male, unfortunately, is frequently quite out of tune, he tends to sing a little sharp.

Orchestra sounds great, only a few glitches.

Looks very good, especially for HS.

  • Remarkable. Never saw a HS show staged or executed so well. Thank you.

  • wow that opening number was amazing!!! i'm in the show & i hope our opening number will at least be half as good as that haha... great work!

  • I love the lights stringing out into the auditorium!

  • Well Done :)

Looks like it was very good :D

  • For a HS musical they did a great job. KUDOS!

  • thanks!

  • Hey, I'm PR for our HS theatre dept., we're award-winning (just won our division, all of Southern California with "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead" and will be performing for the All-California title)

HOW did you get such a full house???

    Any secrets?

    And GREAT NUMBER!

  • We sold out every single show actually. Basically we required every cast/pit/crew member to sell a certain number of tickets in advance. That took care of about 75% of ticket sales.

  • well done!

  • Fantastic version of the number

  • amazingness!!!!

and i must say that they are deffinaly singing live, i know, i saw it live. :D

    amazing!

  • Trying to do too many things at once...

  • no way it's replay... u can hear it in his voice that he is singing live;) it's a little out off tune...

  • i disagree. His tuning is almost perfect the whole way through. Keep in mind this is a first tenor singing a baritone part, so it sounds different because he is often in his low range.

  • He is off tune.

  • I find it funny that people are so quick to judge when they're behind a computer.

  • wasnt this on playback? oO

  • playback?

  • Wow, this high school production is great! Very well done :D

  • sharp sharp sharp

  • 1. Nour, way to be negative

    2. If you're going to criticize someone, make sure you're right. He's definitely sharp, not flat. In any case he does a great job.

  • is not u damn monster!

  • whoa! im playing winnie in a version of this play! this opening looks fab!!

  • This is awesome.

  • WAHOOOOOOOOO! I am amy's friend!
