  • @MrGameRankings that's actually useless because that way you can't make your elbows go under your back level which is necessary for pectoral expansion. and the bed cushions your arms and back. there's a reason for that curve shape as well.

  • you want to gain that strength in your neck. so dont rest it.. you can but the more you do it the less you notice

  • 1 problem with this instruction - you NECK should be supported also on the stability ball.

    And that the ball will fill the space in your back alot fuller unlike a bench.

    Apart from that it'd be the same thing.
