Well he most likely said that because ppl are always expecting (& shouting) for them to play Simple Man, and in 2009 they didnt play it at every single show like theyve been doing this year. As for his speech i dont think it was meant to come out as mad, it actually sounds more like a serious tone which is understandable considering the subject hes talking about, its just how Brent is.
