When he was in "crap shape" in should be very clear to everyone that he had at least 3-5 years of training experience in the gym. In "crap shape" his body was well sculpted it was NOT genetics. He was not born with an over developed chest.

@IMaHARDhabit2break its not really 6 meals...its 3 meals 3 snacks...the reason you do this is to keep you metabolism working all day...count your calories a snack can be as simple as peanut butter and celery sticks or a container of yogurt even a meal replacement bar or shake can be a snack/meal just watch out for the sugar and a piece of fruit...to make it easier preplan a menu for yourself and have it ready the day before

it's easy to lose weight when you have a lot of muscle mass you had that before you started. i am doing my own weight loss thing 50 lbs in 11 weeks and i dont have alot of time to workout. if you have time to work out 5 times a week it shouldent be hard to cut 33 lbs. with that said good for you bro you look ripped.

The video is telling you damn it. Why you always looking for the lil details. the 30 first pound he was doing weights 4-5 times a week and cardio only 3 days a week. Then for the bodybuilding contest he was still doing the same weight days but added 1 or 2 cardio days with more intensity.
All he did was bulk then cut. He already had muscles but also much fat...
