  • Well... That was.... hmm...

  • yeah, this never happened

  • 02:51 - 08:35 Id just skip that shit if i where you. The rest is really good!

  • but the there back later for spy in a war with the dominion but that is brakeing the time line woops

new show we must fix it 6 more shows to make it right dam fale ok lets go back to the start fale Q save us annn no new movie re start the hole thing look out borg noooo dam stat trek 2 remake fixed plot lines and time lines 20 year and god know how much money and FALE kirk is the one and only one st 1960's and not be remade just like sg1 but thay will try

  • @CynicalVision have you seen tlany of the fan series? They are generally horrific. Most of them have bad acting, all of them have bad graphics, and many leave the moral basis that real trek is based on, the whole let's-teach-a-lesson-every-week thing that made trek great. And there's so many inconsistencies, it hurts my head to think about it.

  • That quote from Voyager - "time to take out the garbage" - is my favorite from that series.

    Instant like. :o)

  • That dude looks like that polygamist, jeff warrens, hehe, how peculiar... warrens kept breeding like crazy and those gem hadar things kept getting cloned like crazy :-?

  • I have seen TNG and Voyager and was hoping to get a good account of DS9 from this...and I believed it was pretty accurate until I saw this one...I'm not mad at the editor...I just hope that you burn alive in a housefire!!!...ehhh...you and your family burn alive in a housefire

  • lol the voyeger clip has nothing to do with the dominion war....other than when chakote told belana about the end of the maqui

  • The two people on Voyager were members of the Maqui?

  • @avataz Actually I think about a third of Voayger's crew was former Maqui off of Chakotay's ship.

  • @avataz a huge chunk of the crew were Maqui

  • I love how Odo describes Morn running through the Promadod screaming OMG were doomed lol hilarious

  • Wait, which episode of Voyager featured the discovery of this trans-quadrant wormhole and a battle with Dominion forces? I can't recall seeing it.

  • Jean Luc would have done a better job.

  • i can't view part 11 of this coz mgm blocked it in my country :-(

  • @bryruncorn wait part11 of this was blocked by mgm? wth

those fools shouldent block something they neither understand or have no experience in

let alone sci fi based filmmaking

  • ...the person who made this is awesome for making this but why manipulate the story so badly???...All I wanted was a recap of the war but you took the National Esquire approach of twisting the shit out of the story...why???

  • In that "Star Trek: Voyager" Season 4 episode "Hunters", I felt for Chakotay and B'Elanna Torres after learning their Maquis friends were killed off by the Cardassians cause they had help from the Dominion.

  • haha, poor voyager

  • Very clever, great editing.

  • It is not funny to mix Voyager into the Dominion Wars

  • @higike But they did go in to Dominion space, it was a true event. and they had to run like hell back to the delta

  • ROFL, loving it.

  • the problem is that TNG and DS9 had to bear the load of the Marquis storyline because they were supposed to be important on Voyager later. and yet weg get a good 3 , maybe 4 episodes were it is ever relevenat that the crew of Voyager is actually a patch up of two people with different views. that sucked.

oh , and im blatantly promoting my channel here if i may :)

  • they should have made this into a voyager episode

  • if voyager did make it to the wormhole there was what 2800 dominion ships on one side and like 1200 on the other i dont think the crew on voyager would be happy.

  • This is getting silly. we need a new series now. im watching rehashed stuff over and over. we're down to watching re edits. im not complaining . just need to get someone to make something now. theres a serious whole in the scifi genre. bsg filled it up for a bit but now its gone. i hope any new series is nothing like enterprise. that sucked.

  • Ha! 3:44! If only! It would've been nice to see voyager get back home through the Gamma Quandrant, go through the Bajoran Wormhole, and end up right back where they started! lol! Or see one of the hundred changelings on a voyager episode.

  • TheGreatLink, you've got some talent there buddy. Ever consider going to Branon Braga or Rick Berman to continue another ST storyline show? lol. These prequels & preseries are ok, but I think alot of us just want regular TNG, DS9, & VOY kinda series shows back. I like how you put these episodes together to keep the ST story time-line in tact. Keep up the awesome work dude!! Thanks for the post.

  • lol why would he go to them? They're talented creators, all this guy has done is reedit old footage together.

There are plenty of orignal footage on Youtube from people who act and have created stories of their own.

Also, how can you say he keeps the timline in tact? He's made it appear that Voyager when into the goddamn Gamma Quadrant. =/

  • @CynicalVision I'm not an actor.

I do like writing fan fiction though. and making recuts is the closest thing to making an actual movie.

the timeline remained intact because in the end Voyager returned to the exact place it left (in the Delta Quadrant)

  • lol at the end xD

  • Voyager was a smarter show than DS9 but DS9 had better writing.

  • @saquist That is a fucking joke, Voyager was about as smart as a mentally retarded rock. Shallow plot, bland characters and almost every week the negative space wedgie.

DS9 was not always great but it regularly outclassed Voyager without even trying. Even Voyager's best struggles to compare.

  • DS9 was a rip-off of a Great show (B5) Anyone with any common sense knows that. Voyager displayed Greater individual shows than DS9 showed in the entire series. (Parallax) (Deadlock) (Relativity) (Thaw) (Flashback) There are so many individual GREAT episodes. DS9 never reached Greatness. DS9 was never remotely intelligent. It was just DRAMA...That's it and if you like only Drama and no brains...sure but Drama is easy...

  • @saquist If you think Parallax, Deadlock and Relativity are "GREAT" and that DS9 was just "DRAMA" with no brains...

Normally, I'd say that these are just matters of taste but honestly, I think there aren't any metrics that bear out what you say. So, y'know we'll both have our opinions - but I'll be right, you'll be wrong.

If you don't believe me, go look up SFdebris.

  • Negative. This isn't a matter of taste. Critics give acclaim to drama, emotion, The episodes noted and more were creative. It's the purpose of sci fi not just meander about human interaction, any soap could do that. Sci Fi's purpose is to generate a new enironment and situations for the human element, to make us ponder what is normally not possible. Of course DS9 was acclaimed of course VOY was often mediocre. But is was still much smarter than DS9 and most shows were.

  • @saquist Wasn't The Thaw just drama though? I'm not really seeing anything smart about any of the episodes you cited, if anything those episodes really revolved more around characters than any of the science fiction elements.

Flashback was a character study of Tuvok, Deadlock was a lot of treknobabble and Janeway arguing with herself, Parallax was eminently forgettable and The Thaw was a tense hostage type situation.

  • Thaw's conclusion was smart. It wasn't just a tecno-solution. Janeway had to trick the clown and give her self as bait. The build up was very good and delivered by a great actor (clown)

Flashback was a character study but they did their research on past trek. We learned something more about Tuvok in an incredible new way.

Deadlock was Drama, technobable and an unexpected twist we've never seen in Trek.

Parallax was pure Science and problem solving. Call simple technobable if you want.

  • These episodes and other made an incredible amount of sense and the fans didn't appreciate it. They went through a lot of effort to make it realistic on some level leaving few untied ends.

DS9 was just stupid a lot times for a show claiming to be continue developing situation.

They'd introduce technical problems in on

They were at war. Numbers never made sense. FOR THE SAKE of the Drama they "said the Federation could Never win against the Dominion...and by sheer numbers they did.......

  • they Federation only won because:

    a) Sisko tricked the Romulans into the war.

    b) the Cardassians turned against the Dominion.

otherwise the prediction would have been acurate

  • The Federation was still beating back the Dominion before the Cardassians joined in the 11th Hour. I can't believe the Augements didn't "forsee" anyone coming to the aid of the Federation.

DS9 made many mistakes like this. JUST FOR THE DRAMA. Odyssey's useless shields. The energy drain....The attack on Earth....Loss of Betazed. It was all done just for the drama but they importance of these events NEVER had a real effect on the out come of the story...They were just dramatic devices.

  • The problem is that people only remember DS9 for the Drama but don't realize that it was about as dumb as a proverbial "retarded rock".

VOY was known for it's dumb episode (rightly so).

Bascis II, End Game, The Killing Game, Dark Frontier and Scorpion. I don't think the show had a good finale resolution ever.

  • Plus the Romulans numbered about 2 or 3 as apart of every major fleet engagement..

-Then there is to the two separate occasion the Federation literally loses a big Fleet.

They were just forgotten Plot Devices.

  • @TheGreatLink

You can never predict wars though... numbers do not always lead to victory. Who knows the Dominion could have gotten bogged up in a major Guerilla War and maybe a Fed planet might come up with some technology or technique to take them out.

  • Correction: DS9 had one GREAT episode. Trials and Tribblations.

  • i like; the show deep star 9 better than that voyeur show.

  • I once idly imagined this very plotline.

  • GOOD EDITING.

  • Whoa.

I totally forgot end of the Maquis was mentioned in Voyager.

    VERY nice find.

  • which episode of voyager was this?

  • deck 5 of voyager exploding was from Year of Hell - the episode is on youtube (it's a two parter). Entering the wormhole, that leads back to the delta quadrant is from Endgame (another two parter, the last episode of voyager), and when harry says 70,000 light years from home, that is from Caretaker (also a two parter, the very first episode of voyager.

  • in one episode of voyager paris talked about the gamma quadrant. so I always regretted not using that line in this video to have him say they are in the gamma quadrant

  • "Shes joking right?" Dun dun dun!! ::dramatic music plays::

  • Janeway was more annoying that both combined. That smokers voice fucks with your head.

  • Damn...The Voyager is one strong ship.

  • Well done. I enjoyed it. I was impressed on how well you synched the Vorta's mouth to the words. My favorite was the ending. I guess she wasn't joking after all.

  • Again another distortion of the original story line. Entertaining but a sin against Star Trek.

  • Who was more annoying, the Bajorans or the Maquis?

  • The Bajorans. The Maquis were only in a dozen episodes, Kira was in every episode.

  • both!

  • meanwhile in the bat cave.....

  • great stuff

Unfortunately this will make the same mistake that Voyager always make.

    The magic reset button.

  • I had to use the reset button in this one otherwise people would complain i'm messing up the continuty.

the good thing about the new film is that I can now point to it and blame it for the changes in the timeline and do whatever I want in these videos, hahaha

  • Voyager started right as TNG ended and was set in the same time period as ds9.

ds9 started a season earlier (during TNG) so the last voyager season was after ds9 ended

  • so i take it then that the ST nemesis movie was the last showing of the original timeline era prior to the reboot?

  • They need seat belts on that thing.

  • Time to take out the garbage lmao. U kw this cd very well hv happened between different Voyager episodes.

  • As usual, Voyager is in pristine condition after having been engaged in heavy combat.

  • In your face B'lanna! Dominion slaughtered the Maquis and there's plenty more where they came from when your loser Voyager crew come back from the minor leagues aka Delta Quadrant.

  • That would be a pretty bad and boring episode - just a lot of mindless shooting. The fact that you were able to simulate the episode using recontextualized footage only shows how pointless it would be.

  • hehe I used to love DS9...hated it at first but loved it in the end....this stuff takes me bk =)

  • fyi, the maquis was also the name of the French resistance against the Nazis.

  • Voyager actors were way worse then DS9

  • Disagreed.

  • Agreed

  • Oops, wrong way. Awesome clips, I just can't stop watching.

  • very good!!!

  • Tough ship!

  • amazing work!

  • meow

  • Probably my favourite in the series, and I don't even like Voyager that much.

  • The Maqui are human terrorists?

  • they were the colonizers of planets conquered from the cardassian union a few decades ago. after the federation signed a peace treaty with cardassia and gave back those planets, the maquis were asked to leave their homes, but they refused and fought both cardassia and the federation in order to stay on these planets.

they left the federation and were going to declare themselves an independent nation, but were wiped out by cardassia with the dominion's help

  • yo TheGreatLink did you forget Voyager came home after the Dominion War

  • this video shows voyager arriving at the gamma quadrant and then going back to the delta quadrant. so there's no breach of canon continuty

  • you are very talanted in joining these episodes together/my hat is off to you.

  • Cool, but it's a little weird how Seven joins the bridge crew out of nowhere.

  • Thomas Riker... William Riker's double... he stole the Defiant in an episode of DS9 sometime after the war started, I remember a few faint details, also nice work editing Voyager into it!

The details of Tom Riker on the Defiant I remember are fuzzy... I DO remember Major Kira sabotoging the Cloak, and Tom stealing the Defiant in the first place, but nothing else...

  • lol u edited episodes together lol, but good job

  • Veery nice edit!

  • lol stupid federation trying to stop war when war is imminent how could they possibly THINK that they could have peace with the dominion lol love ds9

  • star fleet has rules and regs, not to mention feelings, peace and negotiation come before violance, and thats something even i live by

  • I really feel bad for the Doctor having to close that hatch.

  • Too bad voyager didnt return home to fight the damn dominion

  • C'mon now....you think Janeway would survive against GUL DUKAT!?

  • Well if she survived the whole god damn borg army i think she would be able to fight against Dukat.

  • Janeway would inevitably do something stupid like reveal that it was Garak that bombed Vreenak or declare war on Section 31, that woman would get everyone killed for the sake of her morals.

  • Tell us how you really feel about Janeway and her crew....

  • hahaha

  • Jaeway survived for SEVEN YEARS in the Delta Quadrant WITHOUT the help of the 'mighty' Federation.

  • would have been funny to see voyager come home during the dominion war and see the federation equip there entire fleet with the deployable armor and transphasic torpedoes LOL :P

  • Whoa! When did VOY fight the Dominion? Is this fake?

  • Nevermind, I found out. Great piece of edittin, Great Link! Keep up the great work!

  • lmfao Welcome to the Gamma Quandrant! (3:45)You did a good job with editing matching the colors of weapons fire and it was good of you to use footage from year of hell that was an awesome episode. Great job!

  • I wish Voyager could have battled Dominion in an episode, that would be funny.

  • Excelllllent!

  • I wonder what became of Thomas Riker?

  • keep watching you will find out

  • Voyager and the Dominion?

  • You know I always did want to see Voyager who at the time had no clue about the war to some how run into the Dominion and see what happened.Nice job

  • That would have been a great plot for voyager, they end up in the gamma quadrant, meet the dominion, and have to bugger off back to the delta quatrant.

  • nice .. verry creative .. good job

  • very creative... I truly enjoy watching these episodes again... i watch at work too...when I can...:) I miss trek, Thank you for all the hard work.

  • excellent use of the year of hell:)

  • Year of Hell'd

    But still awesome

  • sisco looks fat in that sute lol

  • Not bad at all, very good.

  • Once again another good splice and dice.

  • Good use of "Year of Hell"

  • agreed

  • Great new chapter!

LOL at the scene with Quark!

  • The sad thing is that I could name every epsiode this was taken from. You know it always confused me why they didn't try to get the worhole in the gamma quadrant. They knew about the wormhole, but wouldn't of known about the war

  • TOTALLY!! i always thought that too.
