I love this man for being so wild. I love him for telling the press to f***k off and doing his own thing. Freddie was beautiful inside and out. He burned too bright for this world and there will never be another like him. I don't care about his mistakes! I wish that he could be my guardian angel so that I could spread my wings and fly away with him. BUT, here I am...
Eddie I know your still alive in your spirit body...I miss you so much. Thank you for giving us your music and most of all thank you for giving us you.
I don't know, im 14 and started listening at a very very young age, but for some reason event though i was in the years the time he was alive it still brings tear to my eyes :/...
As with another post - I was lucky enough to see Queen three times (Atlanta, Georgia) and 20 years have gone by in a flash. He's really been gone that long. I still see his image and hear his voice as it it were yesterday. I am anxiously awaiting the release of the Queen/Freddie Mercury movie. It will take a very special actor to play his role. Hope it isn't that Borat idiot and heard it is Depp but nothing is for sure. Who do you want to play Freddie?
@kcroom11 It is Sacha Baron Cohen who is playing Freddie. I think he will do well, despite his taking on more comedic roles more often than not. He does resemble Freddie a bit. The thing that concerns me is that they are debating on whether they will dub over his voice or not. Cohen can sing, but if they are doing a biopic on Freddie, they better use Freddie's vocals.
I was so lucky to see Queen on their first three American tours, as an opening act for Mott the Hoople and as the headliner for their Sheer Heart Attack and Night at the Opera tours. Freddie was amazing, the best vocalist and frontman for a band I have ever seen. I have been told that the concert at the Palace Theatre in Waterbury, CT that I attended in 1976 was the first time Queen performed Bohemian Rhapsody in the USA
look, 122 people need to come with me to hunt down that bastard AIDS. he needs to be captured, killed, and locked up. To me it doesnt matter what order it is by, but we dont want anyone else who is dear to us go away.
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Freddie will always be remembered as a very special human being who's magical voice and music touch the lives of many. RIP FREDDIE. Your were wonderful!!
awh, such a beautiful video! It's just amazing, really, thanks for sharing.
Today is 20 years since Freddie passed away .. it makes me sad to think about it that way .. but on the other hand, it's nice to see that Freddie still has so many fans around the world. And he still lives in his music, in us, in our hearts. He is still terribly missed ..
this is a great video. i put one up too but i feel like its impossible to actually show someone who has no idea who he was, you know, who he was. he was just too unique and complex and special. my all time favorite person. i love you freddie. you and your music is the best thing that happened to this world. and 20 years ago today we lost it all. :(
It honestly still doesn't occur to me that Freddie's gone. His lively spirit and his great EVERYTHING just doesn't change the fact that he's still alive in spirit. You know what, screw AIDS, screw death, Freddie's still alive!
@patkaybites Yes he is through his music and us....his fans...we have to keep him alive..and my god...20 years later he still lives..i hope that his memory and legacy never dies
@OfficialQueenRomania It is actually his fault that he died because he was gay.Anyway he is still the amazing Freddie Mercury and i like him like a singer.
@iggival1 I bet he would've made music that no one's ever heard. New music that's just.... O.o mind boggling and unspeakably awesome. :/ I really wonder what music he could have still been making if ever :( As for the modern events, I think he'd call it "shit" :D
What is the song at the end?
