@46milleja Now that I no longer believe in God, I don't waste my time praying, asking for someone else to miraculously fix my personal problems and make me a better person. I now realize that responsibility falls on me. It's a hard realization to come to, it's difficult to take control of ones own being like that and goodness knows I've had set backs, but I pick myself up when I fall down instead of waiting for some imaginary being to do it for me, and I'm much better off for it in many ways.

He left men in charge and empowered them and their successors with His authority to teach and to guard His family on earth. That society exists today: the Catholic Church.
Since we believe that the Holy Spirit is alive and present with us, then God is still speaking. We can choose to participate in what God is now doing in the world if we have ears to listen and courage to act.

People were given a cot for a bed at best, and had to use the bathroom in front of each other. For all the donations she received, hardly any of the money went into maintaining the mission-clinic, and none of it to improving it, or improving the lives of the sick and dieing their. I, however, think that good people are good in spite of their religion. Then there's bad people too, and their religion does not improve them, but becomes an excuse for their malice. But to get a good person to do a bad thing - like mutilating children's genitalia, that takes religion.

I now realize that responsibility falls on me. It's a hard realization to come to, it's difficult to take control of ones own being like that and goodness knows I've had set backs, but I pick myself up when I fall down instead of waiting for some imaginary being to do it for me, and I'm much better off for it in many ways.

According to the evidence his probably a mythical legend invented by Jewish radicals who wanted to unseat the leading power in the temple in Jerusalem and also mimic the mystery cults of greece. Most ancient cultures have flood stories in them because heavy flooding occurs all over the place, but there's no geological evidence to support a global flood in the time frame the Noah story.

The Church is the transformed/perfected Kingdom of David, which was the Kingdom of God manifested on earth. King Jesus is enthroned in Heaven but before ascending He built His Church on earth on the foundation of the Apostles. He established a visible society, not just a spiritual association, to spread and protect His Gospel. He left men in charge and empowered them and their successors with His authority to teach and to guard His family on earth. That society exists today: the Catholic Church.

if the church is me then we have failed miserably..This mean that anyone is able to interpret scripture as he or she would like...this is new age teaching and to be honest with you is the reason why there are 2300 denominations of Christianity this is a doctrine of demons and why so many people are turned off by Christianity. There is a ancient church that was established over 2000 years ago and is still around today and its not roman Catholicism either.

Good video but I want to add the following comment. If the church is the body of Christ and the church is made up of all those that believe in him and are called to him, why is the body divided? I fear Paul's warning in 1 Corinthians 1 has not been heeded.

In regards to the church/building you belong to and your method of worship...
If it doesn't coincide with the Holy Bible, then something is wrong.
If the individual is in doubt, then seek out assistance.

This was a good startup video for those who are new to the church, Christianity, and the Holy Bible. For those of us who's viewed this video (and anything else were a comment can be added), why would you automatically jump to a negative response? It's so easy for people to accept sin and negative things. Why not switch our thinking on a daily basis to positive thinking?

Do you know and understand the history of the Church? The Roman Catholic's are the true organisation of the Church and Christianity. The successful reformation movement of Martin Luther is the reason why there is so many different dominations teaching the scriptures. But they all are the same Church of the Roman Catholics. Everybody wants to preach their belief on how the Church of the Roman Empire is to be like.

Christ, when will you idiots learn that going to church does NO GOOD WHATSOEVER!
I KNOW this because my Grandmother died last year. She spent her whole life going to church every Sunday + doing loads of fundraising & evangelical work, yet STILL she ended up in Hell.
Every time I speak to her I just get horrible, distressed whimpering & regret over her “wasted life”. That’s when she’s not nearly busting my eardrum screaming in pain. The churches’ promises of salvation are a big, fat lie!

@SuperTruth77 The church promises no salvation, only Jesus Christ does . Maybe she did all these great works but if she never accepted Christ as her savior & repented , it was useless . The church is only a part of the development of a personal relationship with the Lord but if you don't go to church & accepted Jesus as your savior you're still saved . Although, going to church regularly is essential to the growth of a believer . & question , how are so certain your grandma went to hell ?
