I was trying this on a guy with a 100lb gain on me, and he kept slipping his body out because I couldn't lock my ankles. Is there any way to keep a larger opponent in the position without the ability to control their wrists/arms from slipping out?
Just learned these techniques at Gracie Barra San Diego (under Proffessors Dominick Parker and Steve Gable). Still, always a pleasure watching a master.
IM Still a white belt and always get into this mistake because i only have one gameplan trying to pass full guard and everytime i either give an arm or they take my back but i guess i haven't vurse anyone same level i love to watch the coloured belts roll and i guess thats how u learn and i learn alot from ur dvds thank you so much
If this DVD is as good as the one he did about "Takedowns for BJJ" I"ll get it. May sound exagerated but with only one detail I saw in that DVD I improved my Bahiana.
We are glad you liked it...so far all the reviews have been positive and we hope you enjoy the new DVD! We also have a new Online training website coming out in a month or two...be sure and check it out!
This is GREAT!!! Just like in his class. If you don't have the chance to attend his class in person this is the next best thing. The Professor(Drac) is amazing.
I'm so glad you guys posted this. I was trying to decide between 2 other instructional dvd's, then I found this and decided to pick it up at BudoVideos. Thanks for posting guys, you sold me! He looks like an incredible teacher.
Draculino is one of the most technical, proficient practitioners of brazilian jiu jitsu. His explanations make executing moves easy and you'll learn a lot in no time. Highly recommend this DVD!
WOW, I'm sold! Thanks for posting, Draculino incredible at explaining the details and is so fluid when he moves. I'm going to go order this right now, THANKS GUYS!
This DVD was definitely worth the money. It showed me some details I over looked on some of the basic moves..and taught me A LOT with the more advanced techniques.
I've never seen things grouped like this showing the attack, the defense AND the counter. Brilliant!
