You can check my Freedom Rally videos to see Jason Bermas speaking at the 2007 Boston Freedom Rally. Mass. already has the highest rate of marijuana use in the U.S., higher than in all of the 13 states that have medicinal marijuana. If the other side is so concerned about use rates rising, and think that prohibition is the only thing keeping them down, then why are use rates higher in Boston than in Amsterdam (or San Francisco, Seattle, Portland--OR or ME--Providence, Burlington VT) or any other city in states or nations where marijuana is not totally prohibited???

I believe marijuana should be treated the same as alcohol or held to a max limit quantity.

If nothing else it should be lealized for medicimal purpose, I do not use marijuana but I have learned enough about the drug that it's better for the people that need it, than prescription pills!
