Yet John McCain said more Americans should do just that be more part of their community last night in his speech. The Twin Cities were expecting 100 to 150 million dollars from this convention. I'll be curious to see just how far off the mark those estimates were. Of course, the GOP will claim Gustav as their excuse, but I think it's obvious that it's much more than that, especially the large number of prominent Republicans that are no shows at this convention (in fear of losing their seats this election).
