  • YESSS IVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • i have the Jerusalem CD, and this song is on it, when we listen to it i sorta messed up the cd cuz i listened to it to much !!!! its sooo goood!!

  • The mistake was saying that the words were Jewish. I know it Hebrew and that they are Jewish. someone correct me, but i knew b4 that that it was Hebrew. my computer broke down so i didn't have any way to change it until it was working again. by that time you replied about halkha...whatever that is... and started talking about stuff that i dont give a care about. you know, you don't always have to be Jewish to know alot about them. some of it is common sense, or you've learned at school or church

  • @krusty8001, why are you taking offense to something that was not said with the intent of causing offense? You're causing strife, division, and anger where there shouldn't be. In light of Mat.5:21-26 I offer you peace!

  • @Menechem I've tried to correct my mistake but all I've gotten is criticism. Ya'll need to back off.

  • @krusty8001 What criticism, and what mistake? You made no mistake (until you flipped out at me for no reason for me telling you something that not a lot of non Jews would know). You are blowing things out of proportion, I have symbolically offered you my peace (in light of Matthew 5:21-26) and yet you're calling this criticism. I think it is you who needs to back off. Peace of the Lord Jesus.

  • It also makes me glad to see my brethren (non Jewish) rise up and love my people, and homeland. You truly born again Christians reaching out with love to my people and homeland, is why so many of us are coming to Yeshua. God bless you for this.

  • It makes me glad to hear Christians singing praise songs in my homeland, especially when they like me are tied not only to Yeshua, but our land.

  • @krusty8001 Techinally according to halkha, they're fully Jewish. However as a Jewish Christian, I would have to say that it's more important that they're Christians.

  • @Menechem well, thank you mr. or mrs. know-it-all. i really don't care. i was just trying to answer that one person's question. and then made a mistake when answering it. and i tried to correct it, but now everyone's making a big deal about a small little mistake. ya'll need to calm down and leave me alone, alright?!

  • @krusty8001 Why are you taking offense to something that offense has nothing to do with. I was simply sharing information that is not of common knowledge. You took my comment the wrong way. Sorry that it caused you to be offended. Biblically speaking her kids are partly Jewish, come the crusades law came via necessity (our women were raped) the rabbis converged and stated our Jewishness comes from Mom. Whats more important though, is that we are one new men in Him, no longer Jew and non Jew.

  • @Menechem WHO CARES??? cause I don't!! I did say that they were partly Jewish. goodness.

  • Great song of praise.Aren't the Issacs a great group?

  • hi sonie!!!! lol

  • Lilly Issacs is jewish. Her mother and father were holocost survivors. She was born in Germany and moved to New York with her parents and was a folk singer in the 70's. She met a kentucky boy Joe Issacs and married him and the rest is history. She converted to christianity. Pretty neat story. They are not originally from La Follette TN either. They use to live in Morrow Ohio. They sing sometimes at Solid Rock Church in Monroe Ohio at Lawerence and Darlene Bishops church.

  • @danerpink15 Sorry Danerpink, but I heard Lilly Isaac talking to Bill Gaither on tv one day, and her parents never converted.

  • what kind language are they speeking?

  • I haven't really thought of that. I'm thinking its Hebrew or Jewish or something like that.

  • Their mother, Lily, was raised in a Jewish family. Her parents are actually German(I think) Holocaust survivors.

  • @1calledjo Hebrew

  • @1calledjo jewish

  • @1calledjo its Jewish. Lily, the mom (the one who sang first) is Jewish. and then her kids are partly jewish too.

  • @krusty8001 Judaism is passed on, only buy the mother so if your mother is Jewish that is all you need. :)

  • @krusty8001 Judaism is passed on, only buy the mother so if your mother is Jewish that is all you need. :) Btw the language of the Jewish people is Hebrew. They were originally known as Hebrews.

  • @queendanee yes, i realized that two weeks ago, but my computer broke down, so i couldn't change it. i knew that it was Hebrew idk why i said Jewish. People are Jewish. i know that. but you didn't need to post that three times!!!! and anyway "only buy the mother so if your mother is Jewish that is all you need."... buy should be BY. you're not making a purchase.

  • @1calledjo well they are jewish so it could be hebrew..because I don't think jewish is a language lol

  • @1calledjo It is either or Hebrew or Yiddish. The Isaacs were born Jewish but converted to Christianity.

  • @kelly3059128 It is Hebrew. It means this: Hallelujah, sing a song Hallelujah, we'll follow along With a simple word, a single word We'll bless the sky, the tree, the bird And we'll fill out heart with joy Hallelujah Hallelujah, sounds of love Hallelujah, the sunshine above Hallelujah, the bells will go ringing And dinging from dawn 'till night Hallelujah
  • @kelly3059128 It's Hebrew. They are Jewish, They call their music Jewgrass.

  • @kelly3059128 Hebrew.
