Yes, thats one of the flaws he put in his video...

You need to select the selection tool(The black mouse)and drag it around the thing you drew and then press F8.

@lonewolfkait first make a crosshair (no gun ) than convert to movie clip and selelct regestragion to center click 2 times on the symbolland draw the gun

highlight your mouse and convert to symbol, make it a movie clip. Then right click the mouse that you made and go to actionscript then pase the code in there and it should work
