  • Got a pretty big nose, sometimes looks rediculous. The wings are sticking forward a bit pointy but the issue is it looks like an ass from the front. Hate my father for doing it with my mother. The rest of me is all good. Now i think surgery is a bit gay for a male, people which i hang out with would think i'm a fag. Now i'm gonna smash it with a hammer i think, had plenty of beatings on my head so that's nothing new for me. Would it make a difference u think? It's not the bone but beneath that.

  • the guys voice is really creepy

  • nice video, very helpful

  • Nose can make or break a face.

    But a soul > a face.

  • my nose does bad things for my face and i want surgery but im too scared it will hurt

  • I really want this surgery SOOOO BAD! I wish I can afford it :/

  • I'm surprised ppl r commenting like find someone who loves u for everything u r and it's ruining a perfect imperfection! Lol this is very informative video showing how a nose job is done, and those ppl are complete hypocrites, every 1 shld have open mind to this

  • @OoKiyoung Thank you! And you're correct.

  • it hurts a lot this shit

  • @ivanypao527

    You had it ?

  • how does a nasal hump removal cost? like a range?

  • I'm a 19 yr old male and I have a broken nose from getting hit by an elbow when I was in the 7th grade. I've had a big bump on the bridge of my nose since then, but never before that. Now I'm looking into getting it fixed since i also have a deviated septum which makes it hard to breath and makes it difficult to sleep. Sure, I'm self conscious about it, but I wouldn't call it a "cosmetic" problem since it's not natural. Do you think insurance would cover this type of problem?

  • you should do me for free ;)

  • It's better to find someone that loves you for who you are, imperfect nose or not. Instead of changing yourself.

  • @mikkblackhawk It's not one of the other, btw. [Please google "fallacy false dichotomy"].

  • if u dont want an ugly nose dont wear glasses then

  • @votaocu Huh???

  • @fpsurgeon they make your nose and ears bigger after wearing them for some years

  • @votaocu LOL! That's funny! Who told you that?

  • @fpsurgeon i dont think thats funny but its true

  • @votaocu Let me make this really simple: you're completely wrong. Simply claiming that "it's true" doesn't make it so. There's also not a shred of science supporting your ridiculous claim. Again I ask, who told you that nonsense?

  • @fpsurgeon no one told me its something u see its pretty obvious like idk people that play the piano have long fingers. ur nose grows and goes forward to support better the glasses especially when ur growing up its not nonsense everybody is like that just ask if they had wear glasses. i didnt learned much english idk how I explain better.

  • @votaocu IF YOU WEARING 1Kg OF LENS!!!

  • @TonyMcDark LOL! Maybe...

  • @fpsurgeon thats noticeable in young people not in 25 or 30s, teenagers , just go to a school, who wears glasses see how they are. you think what, ur face stays all perfect and the same no matter what u do or if ur ugly u just born like that, thats stupid

  • Listen, people. I know you're scrolling around, reading comments and looking at Rhinoplasty and other nose-job videos. Big nose or not, everyone is beautiful in their own way. I'm 13 and YES, I do have a big nose. Similar to the woman's before picture in this video shown above. It may not be the best as at school you see the average straight nosed, pretty blond- or brunettes with fair looking ones. But remember, your nose is the feature that makes you, well, you! Think about this before surgery.

  • @IloveRainandSpirit Who gives a crap, look your best because you only live once.

  • hiuhiu

  • i have a bump and i'd never get rid of it! i cant say i love it but i don't hate it either, it make me who i am, id miss it if it was gone! i think it makes me look better and not like the average looking girl I look better than THAT!

  • Im 14, I found this video to be very informative and I hope to become a plastic suergon when I grow up so I could help make people more comfortable with their appearance and be happy

  • @darkdog4440 Thanks. Study hard and good luck. (I've wanted to do this kind of work since I was about 15...and I'm very fortunate to be able to).

  • @fpsurgeon..... whats the cost for a job such as this one in the video??

  • I have a bump on my nose i hate it );

  • @KathyTooDope get over it.

  • Comment removed

  • @KathyTooDope I like people a lot better with every imperfection as long as they have done nothing artificial to change their appearance. Once surgery is done, that will be the biggest imperfection in their life. Nothing else could ever make up for it.

  • @jliusiwei I presume your statement, "Once surgery is done, that will be the biggest imperfection in their life. Nothing else could ever make up for it" means that you have some weird prejudice against people who've improved their appearance. Not a very healthy or tolerant mindset.

  • @jliusiwei The road to acceptance is very difficult, indeed. Some (like you) will accept their appearance and leave it be; some (like me) will use cosmetic surgery to alter their appearance and accept them as that. Either way, you're accepting yourself. Your opinion doesn't matter.

  • @KathyTooDope ugh i have a bump in my nose too n i hate it >_< i want a nose job soooo badly!

  • Is it possible for a teenager to get this?!! Please answer!!! I have a stereotypical Jewish nose with a huge hype and bulbous tip, I want it gone, so fucking ugly

  • My nose is crooked.

  • I really want to do a Rhinoplasty because my nose is too large, specially the bridge.. I look like an Avatar!

  • In my opinion you both are right when u start changing someone u do take away a part of her / his uniqueness. but ....The reason people undergo these surgery is getting more accepted in this * society, u cant deny u will get judged on the way you look. and some need to get it done because of medical issues * breathing* so yeah both good opinions.

  • i saw a booger

  • Here is my case: I'm a 15 year old boy and like 3 years ago y hit my nose in a car accident REALLY hard and so now i have this HUGE, i mean HUGE bump in my nose which I just can't stand. It's fucking ugly. I would just like to have my nose straightened to what it SHOULD be...But I'm not sure if my parents have enough money for the operation...

    This SUCKS, BADLY

  • @bebeto1196 get a job and pay monthly 100$

  • I'm 14 years old and I've been looking for a rhinoplasty surgeon all day. I can't find one close to me. But when I look at my nose in the mirror, I just cry. It has taken away all of my self confidence and it prevents me from a lot of interaction with other kids at my school. I'm afraid to tell my mom that I want this procedure because I don't want her to say no. I'd be devastated. How should I tell her? I'm sick of kids staring at the bump on my nose. I don't want to cry anymore.

  • My nose is so ugly. I'm fourteen as well. What is the price of Rhinoplasty; an average price? And how much does it hurt? Would I be asleep during the procedure? Even though it isn't suggested that I fix my nose now, what would the outcome be if I did, infact, decide to now? If my parents signed, would I be able to get the opperation? How much and how would my nose change from my current age to eighteen when I am supposedly supposed to stop growing? Thankyou :) Sorry for the 20 questions!

  • @NycLuvrCP Prices vary quite a bit from surgeon to surgeon. Re: pain: the nose will be somewhat sore, but pain is not the big factor in rhinoplasty, rather it's the discomfort of being stuffy and puffy. I prefer to have my patients under general anesthesia--fully asleep. We like patients to be old enough that they have essentially developed their adult nose. That's usually around 15-17 yrs old. We like to work with a stable form, so to speak. Parental consent is needed if under 18 in the U.S.

  • @fpsurgeon this is great! i guess i'll try and get this done next year (: perfect. thank you so much

  • @NycLuvrCP honestly, just live with it

  • @gentlemen59 Why?

  • @fpsurgeon in the end, you will always look better with your natural characteristics and features. you will be happier the way you are, trust me.

  • @gentlemen59 With well done surgery, that's simply not true. Please cite the scientific evidence for this if it is (I like that better than "trust me" as an argument). Besides, why are you trolling plastic surgery videos if it isn't something you're interested in? :-)

  • @fpsurgeon you're just too formal right now buddy ease up a bit :P im just saying that every person is unique and they will always look better the way they are! and then reason im 'trolling' plastic surgery videos is because it is quit simply very interesting!

  • @gentlemen59 It *is* quite interesting and I'm glad you find it so. I also agree with you that everyone is unique and should remain so! But your argument suggests that everyone is equally beautiful. They aren't. If I can help someone look better and still preserve their uniqueness, your argument fails, my friend. Modern plastic surgery *can* do that (the hideous, overdone freaks shown on "reality" shows notwithstanding). Do a little more research into it. I think you'll be pleasantly amazed.

  • @fpsurgeon but as soon as you start tampering with someones nose, or take away some bumps here and there, you are taking away their uniqueness! my argument does NOT fail because everyone is beautiful, and the moment you slim or take away some bumps, you have taken that uniqueness away from the patient, and no matter how hard you try and tell me that it makes them look better, you have taken something that they cannot get back. it may make them look better, but something is missing

  • @gentlemen59 And the people who get the surgery WANT that bump on their nose to be missing. That's why they get it. And people who have never met them yet aren't going to know they had a ltitle bump taken off their nose.

  • I've Been looking agt Nose Jobs ALL day for hours.. Please someone tell me *I mean I'd like my nose to be thinner* But its my Length I care most about... Every Rhinoplasty I seen is making bump go away or Thinner But not shorter.. I have no bump.. It can be alil thin and stratend up but I want it Shorter, Please tell me if it can make My nose shorter, Thank you.

  • @GregFutureMarine Shorter noses can absolutely be created. I use several techniques to do that depending on other aspects of the anatomy, but columellar setbacks, caudal end resection, and lateral crural overlays are my most common methods. This video really only shows a single example of a common type of nose and doesn't even begin to scratch the surface of what can be done.

  • @fpsurgeon

How long does your nose grow for? I'm 14 (almost 15) and I'm wondering if it is possible that my nose could straighten out as my face changes into that of an adult.

ALSO: Does puberty change the shape of your nose? Because when I look at pictures of myself when I was younger, my nose was PERFECTLY short and straight, especially when I was a baby.

  • @rosiecon9 All noses change as we go from child to adult. Essentially, as we grow into our adult face, the nose (along with much of the midface) expresses it's adult form. This is one of the main reasons we as surgeons recommend waiting until a person has grown out of their "pediatric" face and into their adult face before performing rhinoplasty. Some exceptions apply, of course, including severe skewing or twisting of the nose and in certain craniofacial deformities (e.g., cleft lip nose).

  • I like turtles!

  • nose jobs always reminds me of some nasty nose fetish!

  • how much did it cost? please respond

  • This describes OPEN rhinoplasty. Most cases are CLOSED rhinoplasty.

  • @dv2012 Of course this describes open rhinoplasty. But you're quite wrong about "most cases are closed rhinoplasty." In fact, most rhinoplasties *are* done OPEN these days. Not sure what your point is, tho'.

  • You need at least a week to recover. I needed ten days. Yes you feel pain during that time but the pain killers help alot. It was totally worth it.

  • @scaredofmilk how much did you pay for it?

  • I had this done and I am so much happier now that I don't have to be self conscious about my nose. We have enough crap to worry about. It took me ten days before I could go back to work.

  • @scaredofmilk

Did it hurt ? Please be honest & respond :D

  • can I take a picture of my nose it has a big bump and I don't like it I'm 15

  • @gamerhack dude same here! im 15 also and broke my nose when i was 14 and it has a big hump in it also!

  • How many nasal reconstructive surgeries have you done?

  • @MrBonz777 Many.

  • I had a scar revision done on my nose from a chicken pox scar however after the revision its left two very subtle bumps since the skin was taken out. . is this normal when getting a scar revision on the nose? did the surgeon do a good job? please help me

  • @SMU198901 I'd have to examine it to be able to make any determination. Scar revisions can improve a lot over time as the new scar matures, but this can take a year or longer. OTOH, poor technique is often readily apparent. It really is something that has to be seen in person, though.

  • @rosiecon9 Sorry. Couldn't find the link. Where is it exactly?

  • I am considering having this done. Can you please look at this picture of my nose and tell me if I could benefit from having the surgery? Does my nose look crooked?

Put the two parts of the link together because it wouldn't let me post it as one.

    Thank you so much! I

  • How much does this cost?

  • I have that bump thing and it makes me ugly, i hate it.i need to get this done

  • Does it hurt? do you feel it ?

  • @martiniblue29 Surgery is done under general anesthesia (meaning that you're completely unconscious for the operation).

  • How long does the heal takes? I'm getting a nose job soon

  • this is crap. You are who you are

  • I have a little hole in the middle of my nose (caused from chicken pox) and it's bothered me all my life. I also think I should have bigger nostrils which might make me breath better and stop me snoring so loudly. Do you think this is possible to fix fb surgeon?

  • @jontaylor1986 The things you describe can often be corrected (and it usually doesn't require bigger nostrils) but in your case I'd have to evaluate you in the office to make any specific recommendations.

  • i want to fix mine so bad but i'm scared...

  • To the uploader of this video:

I have a question. I have a small hump, like a smaller version of the one shown in this video. If I constantly press on it or try to mold it with my fingers, could it go down or get straighter at all? Thank you

  • @rosiecon9 Generally speaking, an adult nose can't be reshaped that way.

  • @fpsurgeon i have an important question. im 16 and i have a small bump on the bridge of my nose. say i get rhinoplasty now and it fixes my nose, doesn't my nose keep growing over time till im like 50? wont i get the bridge again?

  • @YourGfsAmilf Good question, but the answer is no.

  • once u reach a certain age an ure face has stop growin an your unforunate enough to be left with a mishaped nose...it can slowly drain your confidence as your life goes on....to the point wher rhinoplasty is the only option,i agree with plastic surgery,it changes lives...

  • i dont really agree with having surgery unless theres some thing wrong i hate being what im not and i hate the word plastic surgery it sounds like how they would make a barbie doll if you agree with me thumbs up this comment

  • @bloodyrabbit1 Just FYI, "plastic" as it applies to plastic surgery comes from the Greek word "plastikos" which means "to shape or to mold." It has nothing to do with modern polymers like the plastic from which dolls are made.

  • @fpsurgeon thank you for telling me but i still dont like surgery unless it is needed

  • @bloodyrabbit1 No problem.

Bear in mind, though, that your facial appearance is *always* changing anyway as you grow, develop, mature, and age. So in effect, you're never exactly what you were. (Not to mention the additional alterations to one's hairstyle, makeup, and clothing as fashions and styles change).

  • i have a nose like the one in the before picture.. im losing my confident cuz of my nose.. wanna get done in this coming summer..

  • la nariz cambia realmente the old face!

  • If your under 18 DONT get s nose job, beacuse your nose is still growing and you will look disfugerd and need MORE surgry.

  • @EddieBonev2 Under *15* years old, generally speaking, is too young (unless there is a *significant* deformity).

  • price?

  • so now everyone can look like a boring ganglo-saxon. fuckin' boo!

  • @mentalillnesstalking Perhaps you noticed that the patient in the video was, coincidentally, "anglo-saxon" to begin with.

  • does just pulling ur nose work cuz my mom's nose is great and she just does that

  • @zander742 Nope. Pulling the nose won't work.

  • FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK YEEEAH

  • lol NOSE that's a funny word NOSE!!!! XD

  • Stupid I'd rather have my nose broken then have plastic surgery on it.

  • @soullife9 What stuff?

  • She looks 100x better after the nose job. Why are people so against this?

  • Comment removed

  • @JaceFalcon Wrong. No photoshopping here. A little research would have shown you that bluescreening an animated background using 4:1:1 YUV video--as was done here--will produce the stair-step effect (a.k.a., jaggies, staircasing, halo, and aliasing). Since her before and after pic is on my website (without the animated video background), you can see the original high-res picture instead. Your condescension that "people will believe anything they see" is misplaced here.

  • @fpsurgeon what is the average cost for a job like hers

  • @JaceFalcon Around $6-7K (which includes anesthesia, surgery center fees, etc.)

  • You have noo idea how badly I want a nose job, it sounds petty, but I am soo self conscious =/

  • But me, i have a problem with my nose, a big problem.. My nose is very big! (Long) and really!

  • do not do a nose job ever , ever , it is all lies and deception first class, it is also a mortal sin and you will suffer consequences especially at an old age ... yeah , I have watched it live , it is not like this video no no no , they showe a metal rod into your nostrils and break the nose as if it is a spare tire , I threw up three times and wanna threow up now when i remember it , never do it ever .

  • @Anomiman Perhaps your surgeon was some kind of liar, but what you describe is not even remotely close to the way it's actually done (at least by a competent surgeon here in the U.S.). As for the "mortal sin" part, not sure where you're getting that from.

  • @fpsurgeon It's common to quote the Bible to back up a fallacious statement, some people just forget the bit where they have to actually quote something. They probably watched an episode of 'Nip Tuck'

  • @lordvore :-)

  • @Anomiman u sound like a fool

  • @Anomiman A mortal sin...what god's going to kill you for trying to look better? Shut up you religious moron!

  • @Anomiman I would say a person with severe mental illness should not get Rhinoplasty. So you're right ,"YOU" should never get a nose job. All other sane people should consider Rhinoplasty as it is an art form that can improve a person's self esteem.

  • @Anomiman LOL. What are you smoking? True comedian

  • @Anomiman Fuck religion..

  • let me guess ur really fanatic about religion.

  • so you can blow your nose after having the surgery or you have to be very carefull not to break anything ?

  • @Naoufalitos24 I usually recommend against blowing the nose for at least a week (sometimes two) post-op.

  • How much would this cost?

    thanks!

  • hi I wanna get a nose job coz I can't wear glasses confidently like seriously I'm asian and like the ridge it like like tiny so I'd like to get a nose job it's a little higher and I can wear sunny's without seeing through the gap between my eyes and it's weird coz one eye has double eye but the other doesn't awwww why why!!!! please reply soon and is it good in korea I see all the korean stars all look beautiful and handsome and natural...rply soon...

  • Hello, Im 16 years old and about 3 or 4 years ago I broke my nose or fractured it without knowing playing basketball, I thought it was just a nose bleed. Few days later I noticed a hump on the bridge of my nose, and it is still there now. I dont like it, It doesnt make me ugly, but its real noticable from the sides, I have a habit of knocking on my nose nd it makes a little crackling sound, I play basketball and want the surgery so I was wondering wats the Recovery time? nd is it a good idea

  • i hate my nosee Dx

  • im 19 and have always been self conscious about my nose, mainly the hump. i would want to have a straight nose and regain my self esteem. i dont know if there will be any scaring and i havent sought out any specialists yet. does the shape of the nose change during ones lifetime? how much is the average procedure? it appears to be semi invasive and im worried about what could happen afterword, like nerve damage and scaring.

  • yeah If you're nose is ugly , you can always get a nose job , but it wont be the original you , and that's kinda disappointing , besides when you have kids , the probabilities of they having your same ugly nose are big(as their nose)

  • yea im 14 and ew i just hate my face so much, mostly my NOSE! i have been wanting to get this done for like a year and a half and im already saving up . my nose isnt really that bad, it just has a bump on it and i HATE IT, i always hide my face everywhere, in school in my house just everywhere i go. i want to break my nose so bad becasue i heard its free if your nose is broken and insurance covers it. is that true?

  • @musicloverrxoxo Insurance will typically cover a "closed reduction" of a broken nose, i.e., the nose will be restored to its pre-injury appearance, hump and all. And if some unscrupulous surgeon is willing to defraud the insurance company by billing a rhinoplasty as non-cosmetic you can guess the quality of his work. Better to save your money and get it done right when you're old enough.

  • @musicloverrxoxo i know exactly how you feel :(, people tell me im crazy but i started saving up for chin reduction surgery a few months ago :( I HATE MY FACEEEEE

  • @tbhLaura

ppl are right: You seem to be crazy.

  • @musicloverrxoxo OMG! i feel the same!

it's like i have to hide it!

  • @musicloverrxoxo i think a bump in the nose is sexy. don't get me wrong i'm not gay, but it's cute. maybe u could learn to c it that way the way others probably do already

  • @musicloverrxoxo i know exactly how you feel, EXACTLY :''(

  • @musicloverrxoxo I can tell you from experience that they will not cover rhinoplasty if you break your nose, I've broken mine several times and the only thing I want to get fixed on my nose is the hardened cartilage that formed around the places I broke it. I'm afraid to get it done though 'cause I don't want a "nose job" looking nose. I don't mind that my nose is big, I think it gives me character, but I can't breathe out of it anymore because I have so much damaged cartilage.

  • @musicloverrxoxo im 14 too.. and i think the doctors will say i'm to young and stuff but i REALLY want to do this.. i'm dark skinned and most of us have a big noses.. i am not saying everybody ,okay ;)

and i hate the big bump on it oô and my nose is also wide :c i would be so happy if my nose were straight when i was 7 somebody told me youre nose looks weird since then i couldnt stop looking and hating on my nose..

  • @musicloverrxoxo oh my gosh! i hate my nose too!!! that stupid bump... oh my gosh and i hope that's true! because my nose is broken. aahh that day at the park ruined my entire face. i hate my nose on this metal thing and it hurt really bad i started to cry. i got that bump from that day:'(

  • definitely something im going to do when i am older (im 19 now). my nose doesnt really fit my face... the expense is out of the question at the moment though.

i hope they have a way to show me how it will look afterwards.... i dont want to spend all the money and look worse.

  • @Gannondalf Many of the better surgical practices will indeed do some pre-op morphing to give you an idea of what is possible and to make sure that you and the surgeon share the same aesthetic goals about your nose.

It's important, though, that the surgeon morphs your photos into something realistically possible and not just an unattainable ideal.

  • I have an Asian (specifically Filipino) nose, and I want to look more European/Caucasian because apparently non-White people are considered ugly in this world, so what would you suggest I should do and how much will it cost? I live in Canada and I'm 21 years old, female.

  • @midnightcinderell4 Your premise is all wrong. Non-caucasian people are most definitely *not* "considered ugly in this world." If anything, both the trend in advertising, media, modeling, AND plastic surgery has been much more toward preserving, enhancing, and incorporating so-called "ethnic" features and less WASP-like features. It really reflects a greater worldwide awareness of the beautiful variations of the human face. My only suggestion would be to re-examine *why* you'd like to change.

  • i had a rhinosepto plastyy exactly a week ago bcuz i broke my nose and made it crooked. my breathing as afful and the fact that it as crooked made me really pised off at times.. i went and talked to a doc who said i broke my nasal bones and in order to fi my nose ill have to have septorhino, i did and im raeally happy with it, je made my nose just as it was str8 and i can breathe even tho its been only a week pretey good, if this happend to u get surgery insurance will pay for it :-)

  • Hi Dr.Pearson.im 13 and i know you may not take me seriously rite now.But i am vey insecure about my nose.I have thought seriously about getting a nose job as soon as i can. What is the most minimum age possible.?

  • @MariiaaSheeeps Thirteen is much too young to consider a rhinoplasty. The minimum age for a cosmetic rhinoplasty is dependent on the patient's overall facial maturity. Once a patient's face no longer has significant pediatric features and has more of an adult appearance, rhinoplasty can be considered. At the youngest, this is around 16 years old for females. Equally important (if not more so) is the patient's health and emotional maturity. Wait a few more years to see how your face develops.

  • @MariiaaSheeeps im 15 & for my alot of my life i have been made fun of for having a big nose.i recently just stopped being insecure about it. i met this girl and she used to have so many image issues regarding her nose as well. she inspired me so much just to accept who i am. i was always afraid people would think im ugly and they wouldnt like me for having a big nose.then i realized,if theydont like me because i have a big nose why would i want to be friends with them.appearance isnt everything

  • hi Dr.Pearson, i would like to ask what is Septo-rhinoplasty, and what is the difference between this and this Rhinoplasty you show in this video?

  • @1oneinabillion They're largely the same thing when one is talking about open rhinoplasty. Technically, a septorhinoplasty also involves operating on the septum--the midline partition of the nose--as well. This is either to straighten a deviated septum or, more commonly, to harvest cartilage grafts for use in reshaping the nose (e.g., strut grafts, tip grafts, alar battens, rim grafts, onlays, etc.)

  • Waht is the price of this cirguries»???

  • @nirvanux Price range is 3,000 ~ 8,000$ USD,

  • Comment removed

  • @TricaPLeeAnn Yes, of course I do. Non-surgical rhinoplasty has its limits, of course (it's only able to *add* to the nose). Our web site has more info on it. As for side effects, they are the same as any filler: poor aesthetic result, infection, bruising, nodules, etc. These are *very* rare, however. I use both temporary fillers (Juvéderm) as well as permanent fillers (Artefill), too. Feel free to call or email us.

  • Comment removed

  • @TricaPLeeAnn Cost varies by product and volume required. Surgery is more expensive, of course, but offers more options. My staff can help with specific questions about cost, financing, etc. They have the latest info on our fee schedule, etc.

  • @Lighthouse724 I'm sure your daughter sees your hate and jealousy. If she lacks confidence in her appearance, you need to look closer to home and stop blaming plastic surgery or Madison Avenue advertisers.

  • lol she have a nose like me xD 0:39

  • @Lighthouse724 "@fpsurgeon Gee, I didn't know that I've made so many comments and you've read them all ? No hate. I just think that plastic surgeons,I'm assuming you are one, push people into procedures they don't need. I'll delete the comment. I don't want to hurt your business." You may think that about surgeons but you'd be wrong in almost all cases. And let's be honest, you deleted your original comment out of shame, I suspect, not out of concern for my business.

  • @Lighthouse724 Why so much hate? Every rant of yours for any video you comment on is filled with hate and criticism. Your life must be very empty.

  • I so need a nose job, my nose is so bulbous, but my nose is what makes me look like me. If I got it done I would look completely different.

  • @Piggie822 Our faces are our identity, it's true. OTOH, our face changes throughout life on its own, and we purposely alter our looks all the time: hair style, hair color, makeup, jewelry, piercings, tattoos, etc., etc.

  • i was going to get my surgery this summer but my doctor appointment is only in a week so do you guys think i might be able to book it for July or August? please reply it's important :)

  • @jenniferxcheck Not sure who you're asking, but if it's our practice, simply give us a call. 904-215-7377.

  • I'm not big on plastic surgery and never really plan on getting any, but for some people, I can definitely understand nose jobs. They really make a nice difference to the face when done correctly.

  • @tookthenight i think big noses r hott. i myself have a small 1, & can appreciate a nice, robust schnoz

  • eeeeeeeeee

    so scaryyyyyyyyy :/

  • how much doest it cost on average?
