one thing i hate abt malls in afghanistan and pakistan is they look at people who r not dressed well negatively :( i went from london and dressed really down and covered and people thought i did not belong there n should not be shopping.

It is 17 floor .. 4 floors are for shops.. 2 for parking.. and others for apartments .. hotel rooms and offices... gulbahar center is located opposite to ministry of education... nd near the Foreign Ministry and the Central Bank, close to the Presidential Palace, Police Headquarters and to shahr wali kabul..
