I just finished reading her memoir. It was quite disturbing. She was a major alcoholic and drug addict. She was taken by the most dangerous drug...crystal meth. It destroyed her first marriage and she even said that she went to interviews advising teens to stop using drugs high as well. She could never really shake the habit. She even said that she built such a high tolerance that she could finish bottles in an hour. However, she has been able to compose herself. I think she is high in this.

Truth is you never know if she is high or not . Addiction is a life long disease and relapses will happen. It's part of the healing process, but relapses may occur for her entire life. Like she said in the book. She would come out and give live speeches lieing her ass off, and thats just what drugs do.
