The only strong one was the black guy, I got a buddy (pro performing strongman) that can bend a hammer into an s, and I can role a frying pan with my grip and a little weight in it fairly easy and the phone book tear was tore in seperate stages not all at once, I like what they are doing but dont fake the stuff please.
She wasn't doing the push ups on her own with him on her he was pushing on the guys shoulders if you watch closely he starts to go up before she even starts. Fake!!!
with all the metal stuff if you bend metal it causes friction which weakens metal and once you get the bending started it gets easier to bend them because of the friction, you have to have just a little strength not much to do that stuff, everything they did theres a trick to it.

I folded one of the bars, it took me about 17 minutes and I had bruises on my under arm and elbow. My neck felt like I had been hit with a baseball bat for 1 week. But it was fun.
