hey man great videos but just a suggestion if you shot with your 60d at a wide aperture(small f#) it would really increase the quality of the look of your videos. Next time you shoot a video looking straight into the camera you could try shooting at f4 and bump the contrast a little .

Hi Ty, You have been the person who has inspired us to start to do youtube videos. Your videos are amazing and when we get better we hope to be as big as you. At the moment we have made a few videos. We had to record with the camera from an iPhone. So not great. As you said this webcam is great for youtube as you don't have to upload it to your PC as it will already be on there. That is why we are desperate to win this webcam. If we do win we will be making alot more videos.

Hey Ty! I have been looking for a good webcam that will work well. I've bought several webcams but they all either had bad quality, audio sync problems, or a horrid combination of the two. You can see one of the first webcams that I purchased that I was testing out in a youtube video on my channel. That was a while back and I still haven't found a reasonably priced one that works well. The reason i think i should win the web cam is. I just started a youtube channel and i got a flip ultra hd camera for my channel and i have only 13 subscribers. My videos are already in 720p but it would be nice to have them in 1080p.
Well, it would be great, as HD would mean good picture quality and especially sound as I'm planning to do some guitar covers (I've got one on which isn't that great quality :/) as I really enjoy doing them but we don't have the financial leeway to get good editing software and Movie Maker won't accept MP4 for some reason, so directly recording the video onto Movie Maker would be a great help, and also communication with friends and family from abroad would be awesome, Thanks =) Keep Posting =D
Thats really awesome WebCam, i never had a HD camera because i,ve done all my pictures and videos with mobile phone, not bad quality but the recording time is really short. Well what would i do with HD webcam? I would probably use it to make all my videos, as i could record basically endless videos by recording the video in computer. One idea I have had for long time is time lapse- doesn't matter about what but i'm sure it'll look really good in HD.

Ever since i've started watching youtube vids I've wanted to MAKE youtube vids. I have a school issued computer, but it has TERRIBLE quality. I've made 1 worth while video, and a few vlogs and things, but I decided that even if someone found me, the quality is just too bad. I stopped making videos. I'm very interested in making special effect videos, but can't do much with my isight camera.
I make fashion videos here on youtube. This would really help me out because I think one of the main reason I am not that successful yet on youtube is because of my video quality. It's not horrible but it's not the best.

Whenever I first started on YouTube, I became friends with this person who had 1000 subscribers and I helped him out a lot. He gave me a shout out and my subscribers went from 11 to 82. I remember those exact numbers because it helped a lot and my subscribers never began to increase until the shout out.

I deserve this webcam because I have always wanted to do iPod touch videos like jailbreakig etc and when I did one a while back on my old account people were bashing my poor quality webcam so I decided not to make those videos anymore. I would continue on making videos if I had a better quality camera. I will also use this webcam to videochat with my mom in Florida and my girlfriend on Windows Live Messenger, and I will make swagbucks unboxing videos as well with this webcam.

1. Spam isn't good. Leave a good comment that might get thumbs up... I see people getting new subscribers and more views that way...
2. Self explanatory: be original don't break YouTube community guidelines
3. Again begging and spamming... no good.
4. Sometimes you makes videos about a trending topic and you may get lots of views.. but trust Ty, make only videos of things you love regardless.
5. Sometimes they are not trolls but that is what everyone calls them.. but do ignore them and work hard

hey man great videos but just a suggestion if you shot with your 60d at a wide aperture(small f#) it would really increase the quality of the look of your videos. Next time you shoot a video looking straight into the camera you could try shooting at f4 and bump the contrast a little .

Hi Ty, You have been the person who has inspired us to start to do youtube videos. Your videos are amazing and when we get better we hope to be as big as you. At the moment we have made a few videos. We had to record with the camera from an iPhone. So not great. As you said this webcam is great for youtube as you don't have to upload it to your PC as it will already be on there. That is why we are desperate to win this webcam. If we do win we will be making alot more videos.

I honestly think, I deserve this camera cause like everyone else, they want it! But in my case, I need one. I just got this skateboard, and I've always, always always always wanted to put a video of my skating with my friends or, maybe just to have people give me tips and comment how to do those tricks better. I want to win this camera because I want to record videos. My other camera takes along time to upload because its in hd. The webcam that I have now sucks. It sucks because its 1.2 Mega Pixels. When I was use this my webcam its use less because there is no mic on it. I been trying to save up to buy a new webcam but I always spend it on ipods or ipad cases. Well I know I probably have a low shot of winning the webcam, but I have been planning to make anti-virus reviews since last year. Unfortunately, my laptop's webcam has a very poor quality. Hey Ty! I have been looking for a good webcam that will work well. I've bought several webcams but they all either had bad quality, audio sync problems, or a horrid combination of the two. You can see one of the first webcams that I purchased that I was testing out in a youtube video on my channel. That was a while back and I still haven't found a reasonably priced one that works well. Well, it would be great, as HD would mean good picture quality and especially sound as I'm planning to do some guitar covers (I've got one on which isn't that great quality :/) as I really enjoy doing them but we don't have the financial leeway to get good editing software and Movie Maker won't accept MP4 for some reason, so directly recording the video onto Movie Maker would be a great help, and also communication with friends and family from abroad would be awesome, Thanks =) Keep Posting =D

Thats really awesome WebCam, i never had a HD camera because i,ve done all my pictures and videos with mobile phone, not bad quality but the recording time is really short. Well what would i do with HD webcam? I would probably use it to make all my videos, as i could record basically endless videos by recording the video in computer. One idea I have had for long time is time lapse- doesn't matter about what but i'm sure it'll look really good in HD.

i think i deserve the webcam because im a youtube sketch artist i need a really good quality webcam mine isnt that great my videos would be alot better .. im all about quality and if i was to win i would def draw a portrait of you =)

Ever since i've started watching youtube vids I've wanted to MAKE youtube vids. I have a school issued computer, but it has TERRIBLE quality. I've made 1 worth while video, and a few vlogs and things, but I decided that even if someone found me, the quality is just too bad. I stopped making videos. I'm very interested in making special effect videos, but can't do much with my isight camera.
Please give me this webcam?

I make fashion videos here on youtube. This would really help me out because I think one of the main reason I am not that successful yet on youtube is because of my video quality. It's not horrible but it's not the best.

Hey Ty, well i see your trying to get a youtuber to start making videos. Well why do i deserve it, well i mean I don't DESERVE it but i would LIKE it i don't have any videos because I don't have a camera. I would like to have a camera because i want to be big on youtube i know i probably won't be very big from the start but i will start making them. If i could have it, i would actually try and make videos but if you don't want to give it to me its fine.

Hey Ty this is a really nice thing that your doing. I'm not gonna whine about why I should get the webcam, and I understand if I don't in because theres like 1,000 ppl entering this contest. I think though the reason I should win, is because I have many lego sets, which is where I would like to make stop motion animation. And I'm also into teck stuff like you. Hey Ty, I'm not trying to ask for a shout out or anything like that, but why don't you also giveaway a shout out for those YouTubers who need a little push for their YouTube careers to begin. Whenever I first started on YouTube, I became friends with this person who had 1000 subscribers and I helped him out a lot. He gave me a shout out and my subscribers went from 11 to 82. I remember those exact numbers because it helped a lot and my subscribers never began to increase until the shout out.

I deserve this webcam because I have always wanted to do iPod touch videos like jailbreakig etc and when I did one a while back on my old account people were bashing my poor quality webcam so I decided not to make those videos anymore. I would continue on making videos if I had a better quality camera. I will also use this webcam to videochat with my mom in Florida and my girlfriend on Windows Live Messenger, and I will make swagbucks unboxing videos as well with this webcam.

Hi, I'm 15 and in London, origonally come from Afghanistan. Always played around on the computer, what happens if... Oh What happens of... OOOPS and now am a Computer Freak in my cousins words. I opened up a channel last month to share my experiance but don't have anything really other than my phone. i think i should get the webcam because im always on youtube and i do videos well ive only done 2 because i was using a cell phone that i no longer have and i want to start doing more reviews on phones and and video games and stuff like that but i dont have a camara and the webcam would really help out alot and i want to start doing vlogs and do reviews on movies and music (i really love movies and music) and do unboxings of stuff.
