I love when i see Tim Holtz techniques on how to do these wonderful things! I have a big rusty skeleton key, its old and rusty, i was going ot clean the rust off but now im leaving it on hahah!
Thank you so much for this video, im new at all this stuff so i am learning alot of new things!
I wondered if you can use chipboard for this technique or if it has to be grungeboard? I think I have got to get this book! I love this technique!! It really looks like RUST! Thanks so much! I love your videos!
hi arlene, love all your vids. love your scrap space too. just wondering if u could share where u got your Edward & Bella stamps from. (i know it has nothing to do with this vid) but was just wondering if u could share. i would love to get some.... thnx
I just got my first grungeboard from Tuesday Morning, and I've been wondering what to do with it. It seems you can work with it a lot like heavy cardstock without worrying about it falling apart. Is that right? I'm new to all these grungy techniques, but I really like what you did with your keyhole. Thanks for sharing ~Dera
@DeraLynnD Hi Dera. That's right... grungeboard is more pliable and won't tear when doing a ton of distress work to it unlike chipboard can. I love working with grungeboard, esp making the TH flowers! :-)
@alyciajo42179 No I don't but wish I did! hehe! When I need to change a color, I peel off the foam pad (which I have labeled with a sharpie) and place it in it's own little plastic ziplock pouch. I keep all the labeled pouches in a container in the drawer right under my craftdesk for easy access.
Love that and plan on using it soon. I was at Tuesday morning last Wed. and they had the pack of Tim Holtz Grundge board two packages for $7.99 that are normally $9.99 each!!! I bought one of each of course and love it. The letters were available plain, swirled, dotted and striped. It will be great to have this new technique to use on them. Thanks again.
Another beautiful project. I love TIm Holtz and all the things you do with his products. Thank you so much for sharing. I think I'm going to have to get this book now.
Absolutely Gorgeous Project. Love the Technique and will definitely try this out. Must get the book NOW! Did you make the flower as well? Can you point me in the direction of the Stamp you used for the sentiment? OK..I just so want to copy your whole project lol...You and TH ROCK!! I love this! TSMFS
