Why is there a discourse about a stupidly inflated and implemented stereotype from Family Guy? This clip seems to mean well, but is bizarrely more offensive in that it INFERS with it's "absurd counterpoint" that only men holler for things. This is complete bullshit. Women do this stuff AT LEAST as much as men. Or it must be my imagination when I see women parked in front of the television asking for the guy to get her cream. There are and should always be gender roles. Men and woman are biologically and psychologically different, never equal, rather complentary opposites.

Unless a woman is my wife, i.e. her body, heart and sole belongs to me, then I wouldnt let a woman treat me as those girls did. But for my wife I would, I belong to her and she me. work should be equal but sometimes housework is far easier than the job of the spouse working to earn the money.

Equality means both sexes can do all tasks and all things the same.

You are mixing up not being the same with not being equal.

All adult citizens should be EQUAL under the law and get equal opportunities.

Different people have different proclivities and talents, this doesn't just relate to gender, but also to creative talent, IQ, and even physical build, for more hands-on activities.

An ideal situation is where people can act according to their nature. But not all people fall in boxes. And not all people feel comfortable in strict gender roles.

I'm female, and I actually mostly agree with you. If you truly strive for equality, it works both ways. I oppose male genital mutilation, drafting in general, and the fact that it's mostly men who get screwed if there's a divorce.

Not sure about the grants (but I'm not sure about grants for women or minorities, either)

On the other end, all is still not equal for women either (like, equal pay for eqal work), but perhaps in time it can balance out in both ends.
