OMG WTF!!! Are you kidding me?? Its remarkable how ignorant people can be. This is all natural phenomena that has happened since clouds existed. Get some education on meteorology before spreading idiotic propaganda and scaring the shit out of the sheeple. There is enough real shit in the world that you dont need to be making shit up. Clouds naturally expand people this is how rain forms. Eventually it cant expand anymore due to barometric pressure and starts falling to the ground in droplets.

Thanks Silver...it scares me having to watch it being done right over my head 24/7. These are the more obvious signs...I've been observing the skies for two years now, on a daily basis and I see the more subtle changes that nobody would believe was signs of global atmospheric geoengineering?... eg. today (Sunday 31st May) was, to all intents and purposes, a beautiful day BUT I have documented the 'interferance' from early morning 'till sunset. I have noticed the "second Sun " effect in some of your earlier work and also in several other peoples offerings. This last month I have been trying to find it at sun set, the last minuets of the sun you can safely watch with the naked eye. I have not had any luck. So that makes me feel that if this "second sun" is not constant then it is coming and going thus it cant be a planet or a comet. That only leaves us with WTF.
