realy if ya goto pike county its mostly made on reclamed land and in hazard on of the biggest plants is on a strip mine (trust joist) and there is laws that make them fix it when tere done

It is interesting to look at this problem in depth. In some places, it provides a level place to build a town and have some industry, but I suspect that positive result is only in a few places.
