Oops - just saw others' comments (and questions); sorry for the delay in replying.
I've chronicled my experiences with PRP treatment for my elbow on my blog, which I don't seem to be able to link to in a comment (google "elbow prp gumption") - where many others have shared their experiences via comments.
The treatment was successful (in my case), and I plan to update the blog thread with a new post offering a more complete characterization of that success sometime soon.
@5870cudworth how did it go with the PRP? i am about to go for this treatment, but still would appreciate some information from people that have had it.
I guess the ratio of right vs. wrong ways is 1/N for almost anything. I am certainly experiencing that now that I am teaching myself to play the piano. Plan: try out N wrong ways and stumble by chance on the 1 right way.
