Do not use this product...It is a faulty device and it might cause you second degree burns...this company is taking advantage of teenage women and is exploiting those fears...I work for Walgreens and I receive weekly complaints in regards to this device...scars are permanent since it burns deep into the skin

zeno hot spot. breaks too easily and randomly. if u accidently touch the ON button u waste treatments 'bcause it is too sensitive to the most gentle touch. is made cheap and too expensive to keep buying after treatments are finished.

You should go to a dermatologist, but it may be post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. It's not a real "scar" (though it's commonly called acne scars), and is instead your skin reacting to the inflammation caused by acne and producing too much skin coloration, causing dark spots. It will go away with time, but the best treatment is prevention of acne.

That is crazy! The problem with this is it does nothing to prevent acne, period. You will continue to get breakouts. I cured my bad acne 100% without drugs or stupid things like this via an e-book program. KEV>>>>>>>>>
