The phone is rooted to be able to do that. Rooted is similar to Jailbreaking an iPhone or custom firmware with PSP

@vadikz Viene con Android desde la 1.5 si no me equivoco, se llama Control de energia. Pulsa y deja pulsada la pantalla en el escritorio y buscalo en los widgets.
