Power Rangers isn't really a Knock Off of Super Sentai. As Power Rangers uses combat footage from Super Sentai. Both shows are childish in my opinion, when compared to Kamen Rider. Before you mention Kamen Rider Den-O, that was the comedy 'season' of the Kamen Rider series....it was pretty much meant to be over the top.

Power Rangers is adapted from Super Sentai starting with 1992's Dinosaur Squadron Zyuranger, with the current team adapted from 2009's Samurai Squadron Shinkenger (which appears in this versus special).
