Hey, I got a good one for ya and it's a challenge. Can you guy's make the best Cheddar cheese biscuit? I really would like to find something similar to Red Lobster! Bojangles have absolutely botched thiere biscuit! Hate them things! But you really could capture a bigger market if ya could beat red Lobster's biscuit let me know :-)

For your info ( UK) you all call the sweet cookies biscuits, right?! Americans. Use the word Biscuits for biscuits ....bread for eating with gravy and sausages, Bacon, eggs, butter and jelly, meats. Good served hot with chicken and mashed Potatoes, peas AND yeah, Gravy!

Hardees and Carl's Jr are the same restaurant. I'm from IL and for years it was called Hardens then for a very short time it became Carl's Jr. Now it's Hardens again. The food was always the same though. Kinda weird how they are called different names depending on the part of the country you live in. ???

when i was 16 my first job was at hardees and every once in a while i was scheduled at 4am to be the biscuit maker... i hated that job, but i knew that the 'made from scratch' slogan was no b.s. To this day, I will go the extra mile for a hardees breakfast biscuit.

I love to make biscuits its a lot of fun,,so whats the recipe for hardees biscuits,,Ialways use my grandmothers recipe,,at christmas time I cut the dough out using christmas cookie cutters,,I make angel biscuits and christmas tree biscuits,and star biscuits,and for the christmas tree biscuits I use green food coloring ,it doesnt change the flavor,,,for the star biscuits I use yellow food colering,and so on,,easter time I make bunny shaped biscutis,using a bunny cookie cutter,,

I live in Jacksonville, Florida and we have several Hardee's here. Their biscuits n' sausage gravy is about the best I have ever had. When I was single, I would love to get it almost every day. my wife is a country girl form Callahan, Florida and she can bake, man can she bake and make fried or baked chicken too. I married her two weeks after I met her and our 25th anniversary is Oct 23, 2010. I have no interest in any other person. She is my best friend and did I say she can cook. Mmm-hmm!

I agree jdoggg1119. It is hard to make our biscuits. I've only had to do it a few times, I'm usually kitchen leader or working backline, but it is difficult to repeat the process. Not to mention how sore you can get after doing it all day! Lol.

I live in the Northeast and they do not do Biscuits here! I found that when ever I VISITED the South they do Biscuits in just about every eatery you go to . Mom and Pops and even the Franchise fast food places.I GUESS ITS A TRADITIONAL THING,which is very good!! The northeast only offer you rolls!

Hardee's and Carl Jr are one in the same.

Hardee's is the east-coast Carl Jr,(more southeastern area actually) and Carl Jr is the west-coast Hardee's.

Hardee's has been around for decades in the southeast so they didn't change the name to Carl Jr, they only added the star logo of Carl Jr.

Their sign used to just say Hardee's spelled real big w/ a cowboy as their logo.

Now their sign is still Hardee's without the cowboy them and the Carl Jr star added.
