  • hey Greg great video I kinda am dealing with the opposite what you explained. I injured my foot and walked on it abnormally and may have thrown my psoas and SI joint out of wack. I know have mild lower back pain on my left side and my entire left leg from my butt to my calf spasm and feel like they are compensating. how can I contact you for advice?

  • @RockStar45177

also my SI joint seems to be cracking/clicking when I am seated I will squeeze my butt muscles together and that will make the clicking sound I think that is the source of my problem how do I correct it?

  • Search for SET therapist in your area, or find a PT, or rehab facility that understands SI dysfunction.
