nice touch on the information with this book ingeneral, but what about the info on the necronomican, which has been traced back to being an actual farce. (a fake) The author even said that it was a scam based on H.P.Lovecrafts stries about a book that contained secrets that could drive a person mad just by reading it. please respond to this. my screen name is wiccadwitch26.

you are asking about Necro on an Abramelin vid. I have a whole playlist on this. I might also add that I have a slight upper hand concerning the inside track on "Simon" NECRONOMICON and NEITHER that editor or myself has ever said that it was a hoax based on Lovecraft. In fact, anyone who understands both sees this is NOT so. The two dont have anything really in common except maybe the title Necronomicon which is the only questionable part of Peter Levenda's presentation as "simon"!

Crowley had inaccurately assumed 6 months. It is listed as 12 months in the Mathers edition. This has been since corrected as 18 MONTHS!!! in the newest and most complete edition available of the BOOK OF ABRAMELIN translated by Steven Guth. It is POSSIBLE to conduct this period while maintaining worldly life, it is simply more difficult to not engage in argument, lust, emotion, misguided thought and resonant energy from others. Hopefully in time we will explore such more deeply.

i dont find reason to hold the purification time as a measured number, this number or that, for "realizing" the peaks of ones soul in my opinion is a qualitative journey. one may go without spiritual hindrances, drugs, sexual satisfaction for 6, 18, or many more months and not succeed in calling the spirits, because the underlying motives might belie their physical preparations....you never know..i never intended to to carry out this ritual, but in the past months have given up booze/cigarettes

i agree that the quantifying is not important and found my period to be closer to 6 than 18 months, so yeah, I am on to the next parts, but really think the Abramelin magick should be left to itself. The time of purification has actually opened up doors in other realms of the occult not specifc to the Abramelin system so that was really the point all along. Thanks for the interest.

too shay... yes you are basically correct and I dont know where the hell I got the 12 months from now that I think about it. Correcting this in Abramelin Process 1 through 3.
