@XCODveteranX you need to place a torch behind the ice, then break it and keep the torch there and it will never freeze

tip:for the cobblestone gen right where the cobblestone appears/where the lava-water touch break the block under it then break a block to the left or right of that block so when you break the cobblestone cobblestone falls into the water and away from the lava
