Yes,but i recommand you to get the original DVD,because there are a lot of helpful tips,and after you will practice a while...you should watch Virtuoso's video in which they give some tips.

You can learn it from Ashford Kneitel's DVD called "tornado cut".There u will find a lot of tips,and of course "the tornado cut tutorial".
