Yup just pop in a new spring, that it. The Ca M249 already has all the up grades that why its so pricey. Shit I heard in the PI the fps in some fields are 500. You can also put a spring to make your fps jump to the mid 500's. Way to hot for U.S. soil lol

I spent 15 bucks on a better spring. It is hella easy to change I must add. My saw is shooting 397 fps, the stock spring was making my gun shoot 317 fps. The CA M249P is an awesome gun. Its my first gun to lol.

If you want your gun to shoot at 400 fps then you need to get a G&P Piston or in about 15000-20000 shots your piston will strip.

From the chrono reading that Ive done with the A&K M249 (not this video), it is safe to say that it is a M120 spring equivalent. Now, I havent seen the internals of the ACM M249, & Im only relying on my past experience with A&K AEGs, it is safe say that stock internals can handle a pdi 190% spring

The fps is 390 (hot for UK sites), so Its probably an M120.
