Great video! I am revising for my module one retake in a couple of weeks and we have this massive textbook thats really complicated and wont help anyone! This makes it so much simpler! So thanks sooo much!
Thanks a lot! My exams are like next week and I was damn worried that i would fail my maths test! But because of this video, I think I'm gonna get straight As!!!
Why can't teachers just be good as you. Seriously, so much electric and energy would be saved if every kid just watched your videos as they wouldnt have to be sitting there endlessly, looking at their teacher TRY and teach, on an interactive whiteboard and projector if availible at their school lol
dude, your way of teaching.. is on a whole new level to my teacher in set one class ( in a very prestigous school) good luck in what ever you chose to do with your teaching abilities
oh my gosh! this is a level stuff!?!? thanks for the video it did help slightly. our maths teacher is making us do this even tho we are in year 8 and he knows it's gcse a level stuff and i really cant think why he does it becauseit's not like we are going to get our end of unit year 8 tests and be asked how to simplify and add surds!!! what do we need surds for anyway in this world?
You're a boss, and I love you.

I don't understand why square-root of 6 cubed = 6 square-root 6?
DemonicDanii 1 year ago
@DemonicDanii root 6 x root 6 = 6. You now have 6 x by one more root 6 to give 6 root 6

Surds are used to simplify various answers.
If you had a fraction such as 30/60 you would cancel it down to 1/2 because it is simpler.
The same is for surds.
