I recently got a N97mini and I am very dissapointed with it. The battery is the main problem. I charged my phone for about 9 hours overnight last night and my battery was dead before I got home from work today. It is sickening. Although I got the phone for free, I signed up for a 24 month contract because I thought I was getting a top quality product. The phone also occasionally switches itself off randomly. And, the touch screen is not very responsive, All I can say is, don't buy this phone.

You are one unlucky dude. I'm very satisfied with mine, no problems so far. you need to charge a few cycles before the battery can work at full capacity.

never ever ever ever buy the samsung jet. im selling mine after only 2 months on a 24 moth contract with vodafone. it simply does not have the amount of features expected for payiny £25. im hoping to sell my jet and get the n97 mini instead
