To be clear people who are saying that Lucas should call Peyton one of her nicknames instead. Her nickname was never "Comet" - She drove the car and it was a symbole of her and their love. He can't go around calling her "Hey Comet.. What are you up to?" LOL! That is not a romantic nickname. Haha :-D. I´m an LP´er, so this didn't bother me, but it wouldn't have the other way around. Both couples have had an amazing story and love at that time :) I don't hate BL just because i ship LP.

I was a Brucas fan all the way, but I've accepted that Leyton was "end game" and now that we have Julian for Brooke I think he's much better for her. BUT having said that, I did wonder what the **** Mark Schwahn was thinking when he did this, especially as Brooke mentions in season six how he used to call her pretty girl. I just thought it was really random for him to call her this and kind of cheapens the times he called Brooke it. Anyone agree?

It wasn't really a "nickname" for Peyton because he only called her a "pretty girl" once. Therefore there was no thievery of any nicknames. I'm actually glad LP never adopted the nickname thing. It's not really them.

I actually like Leyton (I'll always love brucas more though) and if I was a hardcore Leytoner, I'd be pissed that he called her "pretty girl"...why? Because it shows that the writers weren't creative enough and didn't care enough to give her a better/newer nickname here. Then again that's season 6 for ya, very poorly thought out.
