Isn't it a bit suspicious that she is doing this on a piece of white paper? Well, it's obvious that there is a piece of white paper hot glued to the rim of the glass. That way, when the glass is put on the coin, it is hidden by the white paper on the glass, but it doesn't seem that way, and looks like the coin has disappeared, because the trick is being performed on another sheet of white paper. Quite simple, really.
