Back in the days when Hollywood was Hollywood. Bette Davis was a wonderful actress, as were a number of others from that period. There aren't many actresses around nowadays who can act the way she did. They just don't have the same class or charisma she did.

Yes, it was definitely a different era. I think that the Hollywood of that time had much more appeal & it was a more glamorous world than the Hollywood of today. I also feel that the actors & actresses just don't have the same charisma as those from back then. That's just my opinion of course.
