He is precious. God Bless this angel and his family! I believe this was first discovered in the 1960s by a Dr Angelman in England. It used to be called Happy Puppet syndrome.
One of the most important people in my life is an Angel. He is the reason I am a special ed teacher in so many ways. He is an amazing teacher, friend, companion, an Angel in so many ways! Thanks for this video! It is a great tribute to all the Angels in the world who have so much to teach us!
